David Arquette has been busy promoting his latest project Scream 4, but while on KIIS-FM with Ryan Seacrest this morning, the 39-year-old actor addressed the rumors his estranged wife Courteney Cox has been hooking up with her co-star Josh Hopkins.

Arquette tells Seacrest:

"She went away to St. Barth's with Coco and her best friend and Josh from the show, and I knew about all this. But the tabloids make it like there's some kind of scandal going on. There's no scandal, we're really honest and open, we care about each other."

David adds, "We definitely are friendly. She's my best friend, our relationship right now is better than ever. We're not together. We're still separated."

Britney Spears has been putting that breathy voice of hers in overdrive, this time collaborating with Rihanna on a hot new remix of her naughty "S&M"!

In addition to singing some of the chorus, Britney also spits out some sexy verses:

Britney's new album dropped late last month and has already been climbing up the charts. "It was just revealed that Nicki Minaj would be replacing Enrique
Iglesias on Brit's domestic tour, which means it may be the hottest ticket around!"

As for Rihanna, in addition to appearing on American Idol this week, it was just announced that she'll be taking the stage at the Billboard Music Awards in Vegas on May 22nd, where she'll be joining Jennifer Lopez, the Black Eyed Peas, and Taio Cruz among others.

We didn't even know they were an item, but a rep for Benicio del Toro confirms that he and Kimberly Stewart are expecting their first child together!

“Kimberly is pregnant," del Toro's rep tells Life & Style. "Benicio is the father and is very supportive."

But, although they were clearly together, Kimberly, 31 (daughter of Rod Stewart) and Benicio, 44, are not together together, his rep says. “Although they are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby.”

The cast and crew of Jersey Shore are preparing to tape the new season of MTV's hit show in Italy, and now the famous fist-pumpers have nabbed 6-figure paychecks for their addictive debauchery!

Snooki, The Situation and the rest of the gang will reportedly make at least $100-thousand per episode.

As for the number of episodes, MTV has ordered 13 of them. Cha-ching!

Demi Lovato is opening up about the eating disorder that eventually led her to seek treatment late last year.

As a contributing editor to Seventeen magazine, Demi is trying to use her experience, one she's called "the darkest time in my life" to encourage other young girls to get help.

“If you are going through that dark period, go to your family and closest friends," Lovato, who landed in rehab for "physical and emotional issues" advises. "Don’t put yourself in danger. It’s very crucial that you get your feelings out - but don’t ever inflict harm on your own body because your body is so sacred. I wish I could tell every young girl with an eating disorder, or who has harmed herself in any way, that she’s worthy of life and that her life has meaning. You can overcome and get through anything.”

Demi goes on to say that despite successfully completing her treatment in January, she still struggles with her eating disorder. “Yes, there have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner. But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it’s a life-long disease. I don’t think there’s going to be a day when I don’t think about food or my body, but I’m living with it, and I wish I could tell young girls to find their safe place and stay with it.”

Lovato checked herself into rehab in November after her out-of-control behavior while on tour with the Jonas Brothers led to an altercation with a back-up dancer.

Kate Hudson was bumpin' big time in Sao Paulo while on tour with her baby daddy, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

Wearing a flowy dress that hardly concealed her growing belly, Kate let Matt carry her snakeskin bag -- what a gentleman!

Kate was spotted drinking wine earlier this week in Buenos Aires, which isn't a complete no-no while preggers, but did touch off a storm of controversy. She's going to be returning to the States soon to start promotional duties on her new film, Something Borrowed.

Nicki MInaj has signed on to be Britney Spears' opening act on her upcoming Femme Fatale tour, according to TMZ.

The "Moment 4 Life" singer reportedly signed the deal days ago, however the official announcement has yet to be made. Minaj is currently on tour with Lil Wayne, but beginning on June 17, Brit and Nicki will get the party started in Sacramento.

Last month, Britney announced on Good Morning America that she'd be touring with Enrique Iglesias. Hours after the announcement, Enrique said he would not be opening for the pop star.
