Charlie Sheen is gaining momentum with his "My Violent Torpedo Of Truth/Defeat Is Not An Option" tour ... and the embattled star left his Cleveland audience on their feet.

The 45-year-old actor, who showed off a shirt that read "Sheenius," packed the Cleveland venue with loads of screaming fans. Sheen told the audience if he films Major League 3, he'd like to shoot it in Cleveland.

Walking on stage wearing an Indians jersey probably helped, too! Let's see if Charlie can keep up his "winning" streak.

We were too distracted by Nicole Richie's beautiful kids Harlow and Sparrow to even notice it at first, but after we got a peek at her stomach, we have to ask what's going on here! Is it possible that the 29-year-old starlet is expecting her third child with husband Joel Madden? Or is this just an unflattering shot of her belly?

After spending some time apart on separate coasts, estranged couple Courteney Cox and David Arquette reunited at DIsney World in Orlando, Florida ... and 6-year-old daughter Coco looks like one happy little girl!

After snapping this photo in front of Cinderella's castle, David tweeted:

"Disney World really is the most Magical Place on Earth."

Cox, 46, and Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins, 40, spent a recent vacation together in St. Bart's, however a rep for the former Friends star said their relationship is "strictly platonic."

David and Courteney separated last October after 11 years of marriage. Although they're not together romantically, the duo have teamed up on the big screen, yet again, for Scream 4. See them working together ... after the jump.

Mariah Carey graces the new cover of Life & Style, and the 42-year-old singer bares her baby bump -- and just about everything else!

“I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience,” Mariah tells the mag. “My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.”

“The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable,” Mariah added. “Especially the girl — clearly she’s a diva in training! We didn’t start shooting until 1:30 a.m. because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!”

Mariah isn't due for another two weeks, but after contractions sent her to the hospital on March 27, she may be in the delivery room sooner than expected! Mariah quipped, “Now I have so much respect for mothers everywhere, especially those who’ve had difficult pregnancies or given birth to multiples. We need to have Mother’s Day once a week!”

Meg Ryan and John Mellencamp took a romantic stroll down the beautiful Santa Monica promenade, and they they couldn't hide their affection for each other!

We just wish John would put down those nasty cigarettes. Every time we see him out he's got one in his hand. We never see Meg smoke, so hopefully she can help him quit!

The mag asked her questions on everything from sexy hubby Gavin, to belting out tunes on tour several months pregnant.

The No Doubt singer dished on her marriage to Rossdale: “The first time we ever kissed was right around Valentine’s Day—we were in New Orleans on tour. So, yeah, I always think about that because it’s unbelievable that we’ve been able to stay together. I feel so proud of us—it’s one of my biggest achievements.”

We're so used to seeing Stefani baring her perfectly toned abs, it's hard to believe she ever had a bun in the oven. The singer said of performing pregnant: “It was horrible. Certain songs would make me want to puke. You feel pretty gross when you are first pregnant. You don’t feel cute, you feel disgusting. You’re getting fat. It was hard. I mean, I’m very vain. That would be my middle name. Of course I am, you know what I mean? I love the visual."

Gwen Vain Stefani ... hmm ... has a certain ring to it!

In this remake of the classic Dudley Moore film, Brand plays a billionaire playboy who stands to lose his inheritance if he marries the woman he falls in love with, instead of the girl his parents picked out for him.
