Ryan Phillippe and girlfriend Amanda Seyfried are enjoying all that Paris has to offer ... like a stroll by the incredible Eiffel Tower and the fact that the majority of locals smoke. Not really sexy, but looks like they're trying to fit in with the Parisians.

Reese Witherspoon's ex has been busy promoting his latest movie The Lincoln Lawyer in Paris and Ms. Seyfried is keeping the sexy actor company. Ooh la la!

Seyfried, 25, recently opened up to Elle magazine about her love affair with Phillippe. She tells the mag:

"Um, yeah. I’ve been ‘seen’ with him. [It is] one of the easiest things in the world. You’re both open. You’re put in a situation where you have to make out with each other. It’s easy for things to get carried away."

Libyan refugees chanted "Angelina Jolie, we want to die for you!" as the actress made her way through the Shusha refugee camp in Tunisia today, an X17 photographer on the ground tells us.

Our photographer reports exclusively:

"The people were beyond excited to see her. There were thousands of refugees screaming her name and chanting. The crowd was closing in on her and her security detail; it was intense."

The UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador was forced to cancel half of her visit for security reasons. The military was overwhelmed by the crowd and, seemingly, unprepared to protect Jolie sufficiently. Our photographer adds:

When people found out Angelina was leaving early, they had mixed reaction. Some were upset but still enthusiastic to have her there. Angelina was forced to find shelter in a tent and she had to be protected by 30 military personal with machine guns. Angelina really took a risk by going all the way to the Libyan border."

We're told Jolie also had plans to visit an Moroccan hospital in Tunisia, but she was forced to cancel those plans for security reasons. She is already back in Tunis and will head back to Paris from there.

Charlie Sheen has spoofed his infamous 20/20 interview (where he coined the catchphrase "winning") in a new video.

Calling it "Charlie Sheen: The Unedited Version", Charlie uses real footage from the interview, including the questions asked by Andrea Canning. But his responses are dramatically different.

When asked if he's on drugs, Charlie makes fun of his various catch phrases, shows off a slogan tee and sticks several cigarettes in his nose, ears and mouth.

At least the guy can laugh at himself!

Kirstie Alley is one of the hippest 60-year-old actresses in Hollywood!

The DWTS contestant, along with felling dancer Chris Jericho and pro Cheryl Burke, headed to Wilcox Tattoo after last night's show to get her first tattoo.

Ms. Alley, who had the word "Unbroken" ink'd onto her wrist, looks as though she's taking the pain in stride. Even though she and pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy took a tumble during last night's performance, Kirstie remains all smiles!

Guess who's ready for her close-up? Reality star Heidi Montag is back to doing what she does best ... hamming it up for the cameras. Love the Birkin, Heidi!

Angelina Jolie continues her humanitarian efforts in the volatile area near the Tunisian-Libyan border ... urging for more international support for those who have fled Libya.

X17online broke the news that Angelina was heading to Tunisia to beef up relief efforts for the more than 400,000 people who have escaped the violence in Libya.

Jolie, a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador, said the following about her mission:

"The outpouring of generosity from the Tunisian people says so much for the future of this country. It is a sign of the openness sweeping across the region. We would encourage others, individuals and governments, to continue to support and assist with the needs on the ground."

According to the UN, the people who have fled Libya have overflowed into surrounding areas like Tunisia, Egypt, Niger, Algeria, Chad and Sudan ... with Tunisia receiving the majority of people. Jolie adds:

"While migrants make up the majority of these new arrivals, there are also some 2,500 people from war-torn countries who are unable to return home and thus require international protection. They're waiting here with little hope, unable to return home and unsure of what's to come. This constant cycle of displacement must finally come to an end."

Brit tweeted the clip and the following message:

Director Ray Kay shot the video with the sexy mama of two, and since he captured so much incredible footage, Britney revealed she'll be releasing two videos for the hit song. The second version will feature more footage of Brit's dancing. Work it, girl!

Holmes plays Jackie Kennedy in the controversial 8-part series, The Kennedys, which premiered on ReelzChannel Sunday.

Reelz picked up the series after several major networks who refused to air it. The show's premiere and encore airing brought 1.9 million viewers to the channel -- the five-year-old network's highest numbers yet!
