Newlywed Reese Witherspoon graces the new cover of ELLE UK, and the Oscar winner poses for a sexy shot inside the mag and reveals new details about her first marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon wed talent agent Jim Toth last weekend at her Ojai estate, and while she says walking down the aisle again is an "exciting feeling," she chats about the mistakes she made the first time she tied the knot. Witherspoon, who was just 24 years old when she married Phillippe admits that it was "a ridiculously young" age, but the relationship taught her a lot about being a good wife and friend. Witherspoon says, "I learnt a lot, though. It was an excellent opportunity for me to really find out what it means to be a partner and to be in a marriage and it’s not anything that I thought it was." Of the past, she added, "You can’t say, 'I don’t want to talk about that.' You just can’t. You’ve got to talk about it all."

While the actress may be happy and in love, she certainly feels like pressure from showbiz, and she tells the mag, "It doesn’t ever stop. Judging. Rejecting. They can really kick ya, you know? You’re constantly criticized. It’s really hard to pick yourself up every day ... How hard we are on people who are just doing their best."

Even Britney Spears, who's performed in front of millions, still gets stage fright.

In the new documentary that aired last night, I Am The Femme Fatale, which chronicled the pop princess' return to the stage after a year, Britney admitted, "I haven't been out [on stage] for a year... I have jitterbugs," before her surprise Las Vegas performance last week.

The cameras also caught the sexy singer shooting her new music vid, Til The World Ends, of which she said, "It was a little much. It was grimy and sweaty and it felt like there was poop everywhere... but it was just sweat."

Britney, who famously suffered a breakdown in 2007, seems to have gotten her life back on track with a routine that includes sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

"I have two children, so I usually get them up in the morning, and I'm usually at the gym, and I help cook dinner sometimes ... a lot of the stuff that I do I do early in the morning when my boys are at school," she said.

Britney's about to embark on new tour, which Enrique Iglesias just recently pulled out of. Rumor has it he'll be replaced with Nicki Minaj, which would make it the hottest. tour. ever!

Simon Cowell continues to add excitement to his hit UK show X Factor with the addition of Rihanna, according to The Sun.

The 23-year-old "What's My Name?" singer will appear on the talent show as a guest judge. The UK site reports Cowell is a huge fan of Chris Brown's ex and will continue to feature more guest panelists throughout the season.

Audiences won't be seeing much of Cowell on the UK version because the former American Idol judge will be spending most of his time filming the US version. However, the 50-year-old judge will reportedly make it back in time for the UK's finals.

During last year's X Factor season, Cowell welcomed numerous guest judges including Geri Halliwell and former Pussycat Dolls' lead singer Nicole Scherzinger.

Newly single stars Justin Timberlake and Olivia Wilde were spotted at the Roxbury nightclub over the weekend, and eyewitnesses report that the Now co-stars "definitely looked like they were on a date."

Timberlake, 30, and Wilde, 26, were dancing all night at the club, and "they were obviously a couple or on a date," the insider tells Us Magazine. "They were dancing, whispering, he had his hand on her back and shoulders and they were together all night." Timberlake and Wilde were joined by Samantha Ronson and several other pals over the course of the evening, and sources say the duo left together at 3am. An eyewitness added, "His arm was around her, they were talking closely, just the two of them ... Justin and Olivia were there with a group, but weren't talking to anyone else."

Timberlake split from girlfriend Jessica Biel last month after four years together, and Wilde filed for divorce from husband Tao Ruspoli after eight years of marriage around the same time.

The custom-designed dress was adorned with Chantilly lace and a double-face silk satin ribbon with cascading silk flowers, and it matched daughter (and maid of honor) Ava's custom Lhuillier frock.

"There was a real family feel," a guest tells the mag. "There was so much joy in the room and a lot of laughter," added another.

After Charlie Sheen's disastrous debut in Detroit with his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option tour," the Two and A Half Men actor was a success in Chicago. Winning!

The 45-year-old embattled actor, who performed in front of a sold-out crowd at the Chicago Theatre in the Windy City, reportedly re-wrote his entire show after getting booed in Detroit on Saturday.

Sheen told the rowdy audience "not to become f***ing Detroit tonight. Let's show Detroit how it's done." In his usual fashion, Sheen added, "The winning started in Chicago."
