Getting more selective in the new year, we see!

Selena Gomez unfollowed all but 37 people on Instagram over the weekend, and some of her cuts were surprising.

She gave Demi Lovato, Gigi Hadid, the cast of 13 Reasons Why and her former co-stars from Wizards of Waverly Place the axe, but she decided to keep following BFF Taylor Swift, kidney donor Francia Raisa, Amy Schumer and Jessica Alba. Random!

Oddly enough, it appears SB isn't following Justin Bieber, either! We know they're still together, so maybe they just don't want to get caught up in social media, and prefer to keep things separate.

"They’ve done the whole Hollywood couple thing before with parties, red carpets, events and everything else that comes with being in the spotlight and it didn’t work. This time around, they really just want to do normal things that regular couples do," a source dished to ET.

"He’s playing on a rec hockey team and she watches in the stands with some of the other girlfriends and families of the players. They love working out together. They recently did a Pilates class together, and of course they go to church still. They’re even opting to hang out more with friends who are not in the industry, mainly friends from church. They’re really just all about keeping it low-key this time and don’t want it to spiral into a big spectacle," the source added.

Sounds like she's simplifying her life on every level!

Haters gonna hate!

Kendall Jenner got ripped apart on social media over her Golden Globes appearance, with trolls criticizing everything from her mere attendance to her awful broken out skin, but the model doesn't care!

“Ok but @KendallJenner showing up and strutting her acne while looking like a gorgeous star is what every girl needs to understand,” one user wrote, which caught the catwalk queen's attention. "Never let that s— stop you!” she responded.

Her remark made her sound calm, cool, and collected, but according to Radar, she was anything BUT at the award show.

"Kendall was absolutely destroyed on Instagram and Twitter, and was mortified when she checked her accounts during the show. She was crying to her sisters afterward, saying she is never going to the Globes again! She does not understand why she gets so much hate, because she thought people treated her differently from the rest of family. But now realizes she is clearly being grouped into the Kardashian clan even though she’s worked so hard to be separate," a source told the outlet.

We think people would be a little nicer if she didn't act like she was better than everyone!

Gayle King revealed on CBS This Morning that her BFF Oprah isn't seriously considering a presidential run, amid all the pleas for her to do so.

“I absolutely don’t think her position has changed, I don’t. I was up talking to her very late last night. I do think she is intrigued by the idea, I do think that. I also know that after years of watching The Oprah Winfrey Show, you always have the right to change your mind. I don’t think at this point she’s actually considering it," she said.

“But listen, there are people saying they want to quit their jobs and be her campaign manager. She loves this county and would like to be of service in some way. But I don’t think she’s actively considering it at this time," she added.

This sounds very different from what the TV mogul's partner Stedman Graham said! "It’s up to the people. She would absolutely do it," he told the LA Times.

"Stedman says that he thought the reporter said to him, ‘Would she make a good president?’ and he said, ‘Absolutely, she would.’ That’s how he interpreted the question. Cause this is the thing — Stedman would never so cavalierly say, ‘Absolutely she would do it’ or ‘It’s up to the people’ — he would never do that. I got emails from people being like, ‘Is he being strategic or is he being supportive?’ He is nothing but supportive. He would never just throw it out there like that," King clarified.

He doesn't seem too fazed by the criticism!

James Franco caught a flight out of LAX today just hours after winning Best Actor at the Golden Globes, but his big night didn't come without a little criticism. The "Time's Up" and "Me Too" movements were in full swing at the award show, and actress Ally Sheedy didn't think giving the Disaster Artist star the most coveted prize was appropriate given his alleged misconduct.

"Why is a man hosting? Why is James Franco allowed in? Said too much," Sheedy tweeted shortly after the ceremony began. She didn't stop there, though!

"Ok wait. Bye. Christian Slater and James Franco at a table on @goldenglobes #MeToo," she added, seemingly referencing insider info she has on the two stars. "James Franco just won. Please never ever ask me why I left the film/tv business," she fumed.

She didn't outright say what she has against Franco, but it was pretty clear she was including him in the long list of Hollywood men that have acted inappropriately towards women in the industry.

We really hope we're reading too much into this, and Franco isn't one of the creeps!

Jon Hamm wasn't in the mood to chat with paparazzi as he left a Golden Globes after party last night, but he did mumble a couple insults as he waited for his ride. Quite honestly, there's not much to say, other than he was acting WAY weird!

For someone that claims he doesn't want attention, he gets pretty upset when one photog calls him by the wrong name!

People are begging Oprah to run for President after she delivered her powerful Golden Globes speech last night, and now her bestie Gayle King is saying the TV mogul would be perfect for the job.

"I think that has a nice sound to it. Now all you have to do is convince her. President Winfrey, doesn't that have a nice sound? It could be Madame President. But you know, the people have to decide. She's always said no, but I did think the speech took things to a different level tonight," she told our videographer.

" I thought she was pitch perfect. The speech was given by the right person, at the right time, in the right place. You had all three of those things coming together and I thought she nailed it with a capital N. I'm so proud of her! Where do we go from here? Let's see Oprah, what you thinkin?" she added.

Gwyneth Paltrow finally announced her engagement to fiance Brad Falchuck, and of course she decided to do it on Goop!

"We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this juncture in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship,” the couple said in a joint statement to GMA before releasing a sweet black-and-white photo on her lifestyle website.

So why did the actress decide to give marriage another shot?

"Personally, at midlife, I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be. I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy," she explained.

The blonde beauty and the Glee producer began dating in 2014 shortly after her split from Coldplay rocker Chris Martin.

What a difference a few years make!

They used to be one of the power couples on the Golden Globes red carpet, but those days are gone. This year, they skipped the award show in favor of a joint therapy session. The actress was all smiles as she made her way to the office, but her ex looked a little apprehensive... probably because he's been parading mistress-turned-girlfriend Lindsay Shookus all over town!

The former pair have been doing their best to co-parent and make their divorce as easy as possible on their kids. They spent the holidays together as a family, and on Saturday, they both threw daughter Seraphina a birthday party at the Pacific Palisades home.

She must know that being at wild bash with a bunch of alcohol isn't the best thing for Ben!
