Maybe Malibu's favorite jogger has gotten shy all of a sudden? That can't be right!

Matthew McConaughey has been running around the 'Bu a lot lately, but he's always covered up - whatever happened to Matty working out sans shirt? The last time we saw the hot hunk go shirtless was in summer 2010!

McConaughey, who currently stars in The Lincoln Lawyer with Ryan Phillippe, says the following in the April issue of Esquire:

"Am I a fun-loving guy, man? Who likes running around in the summer with his shirt off, man? Am I a guy who likes to hang out with his friends, and party and go to concerts and football games with his friends? Well, yeah!"

Now that's the Matty we miss! The actor also comments on babymama Camila Alves: "I found the woman... I wanna make a family with, hopefully live our life out together."

Miley's little sister went from frilly, Can-Can dress designing 9-year-old to a tough 11-year-old sk8tr girl!

The younger Cyrus was riding the rails outside of her Toluca Lake home yesterday dressed appropriately in skinny jeans, Vans and a knit beanie.

Although Miley's precocious younger sis was in the company of a much older man, she doesn't seem to be following in Miley's footsteps quite yet -- the sk8tr boi seems to be teaching Noah the ins and outs of the board.

Noah hadn't been seen too much during her recent family turmoil. But since Billy Ray and Tish reconciled, we've seen the younger Cyrus shopping with her sister and spending time with her fam -- all with a big smile on her face!

Courtney Love attended the 2011 New Directors/New Films screening of Hit So Hard: The Life and Near Death of Patty Schemel at The Museum of Modern Art on in NYC on Monday night, and the rock goddess looked halfway decent as she posed for pictures on the sidewalk.

Love reunited with former Hole band members Patty Schemel, Melissa Auf Der Maur and Eric Erlandson for the first time in years, and she even hinted about recording with the group again! Think that'll happen?

While out getting her nails done in Beverly Hills, Paris Hilton's mom, Kathy, offered Lindsay Lohan some words of encouragement.

When asked if she'd like to say anything to the 24-year-old troubled starlet, Kathy tells our videographer:

"I thought everything was going good. I didn't know there was any trouble."

After being reminded that Lindsay is due in court next month, Mrs. Hilton adds, "I wish her the best."

So sweet!

The future star of The Amazing Spider-Man is spilling about her troubled childhood...

Emma Stone - a.k.a. Lindsay Lohan 2.0 - graces the cover of Glamour's May issue and talks about her life pre-Hollywood:

"I was in therapy. From 8 to 10, I was borderline agoraphobic. I could not leave my mom's side. I don't really have panic attacks anymore, but I had really bad anxiety. There was a lot of fear, but [coming to Hollywood] was also very exciting."

Stone, who convinced her folks to let her move to LA at 14, also calls her mother "the greatest person on earth."

And what advice did Emma's mom give her about the pressure to stay thin in Hollywood? "You're a human being. You live once and life is wonderful, so eat the damn red velvet cupcake!"

Justin Bieber was snapped leaving his Paris hotel for his concert at the Bercy this evening, and the 17-year-old pop superstar waved to a screaming crowd of fans before hopping aboard his chauffeured car.

We couldn't help but notice Justin was sporting a Stewie necklace, so we have to wonder what Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane would say about this! Maybe the Biebster is planning on making an appearance on the hit animated show? Or perhaps Brian and company will poke fun at him? Either way, we'd love to see it!

Kourtney Kardashian is the newest soap opera vixen ... or at least trying to be!

Kim's older sister made her debut on ABC's One Life to Live as scandalous lawyer Kassandra Kavanaugh.

The 31-year-old reality star showed audiences her first soap experience on E!'s Kourtney and Kim Take New York. On her reality show, Kourt says:

"I'd thought I'd have two lines. But my script is so long ... I'm not an actress."

Aside from Ms. Kardashian appearing on the ABC soap, talk show queen Wendy Williams gives it her all as a news anchor. Loves it!

Britney Spears' ex Kevin Federline is ready to give sons Sean and Jayden a little brother. K-Fed's girlfriend Victoria Prince is pregnant, according to various online reports.

A source tells E! News Prince is five months pregnant, and the couple are "totally happy."

Federline recently took Victoria to son Sean Preston's baseball game where the mommy-to-be showed off her baby bump.

K-Fed's rep tells X17online, "I have no comment on his expecting another child as I don’t have confirmation."

Kevin and Victoria have been together since 2008.
