The drama between Kate Major and Michael Lohan continues to unfold just days after Lindsay's dad was charged with domestic violence.

A source tells X17online exclusively:

"Everyone has to stop believing this man's bullsh*t. The man needs a lot of help. Kate was invited on Celebrity Rehab because no one else would visit Michael. And he was begging her to go and his mom and his aunt."

As for the alleged physical fight between the couple, the source adds:

"Kate's lawyers are handling everything. She doesn't want to stoop to Michael's level and talk about that night. Michael went crazy -- he started slicing his wrists, saying that if Kate went to the cops, he'd say she did it to him. Kate was frantic; she didn't know what to do. She was terrified and that's why she knew she had to press charges and take him to court for this because she fears for her safety."

Our source goes on to say:

"Michael being hospitalized was totally fake. He went in for 'chest pains' to avoid spending time in jail. They said they couldn't refuse him medical attention but he's a liar. Meanwhile, he's texting everybody from his hospital bed."

Lohan is due in court for his arraignment on May 23.

Chris Brown has a new album, some new tattoos and now he'll need a new publicist, as well. Tammy Brook, Brown's longtime publicist, has quit, according to RadarOnline.

This week has been quite a whirlwind for Brown beginning with his Good Morning America outburst after being asked about the Rihanna incident.

During an appearance on BET's 106 & Park, Brown made the following apology:

"First of all, I just wanna apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, anybody who was offended or really disappointed in my actions, because I was disappointed with the way I acted."

UPDATE: Tammy Brook has contacted X17online stating that RadarOnline's initial story was incorrect. She gave us the following statement:

"The separation was mutual --and not a result of the (GMA) incident. I am an entertainment/music publicist and was hired as a publicist, as they often are, to work specifically on his music publicity for the term up to the release of Chris Brown's F.A.M.E. album, which was released on Tuesday March 22 and is entering the Billboard and iTunes charts at number 1 this week.

Lady Gaga gave clubgoers at Planet Hollywood's Krave in Las Vegas quite the surprise last night when she popped on stage for an unannounced performance.

Wearing a long blonde ponytail, Gaga rocked the house and left little to the imagination with her see-through outfit. Lady G is looking mighty fine these days!

With her new album Born This Way due out in May, the singer is promoting her latest song like crazy, and judging by the faces of the people in the crowd, they're loving what they hear. Viva La Gaga!

Now that Larry King is no longer doing his daily CNN show, the legendary host has more time to spend with his lovely wife Shawn.

While waiting for their car at Red O restaurant on Melrose Avenue, the twosome struck a pose for our cameras. We're loving Shawn's animal print skirt!

Just yesterday, King spoke to Fox News about his memories of the late Elizabeth Taylor. He tells Fox's Sean Hannity:

"She was an extraordinary lady. She was a major film star at age 14 with "National Velvet." She's been in the public consciousness for 65 years. And as you said, she was a true movie star. In fact, she is the last of the great movie stars. Never been anyone like her from the way she looked with those incredible eyes, to the way her life went with pain and joy. She was -- she wrote her own chapter in a book that's hers."

As for Mr. King's future, we can't wait to hear what's in store!

Lady Gaga has reinvented herself yet again ... as a country girl! This version may not be uptempo, but it kicks butt! In fact, we think her voice sounds even better in this version.

The eccentric singer released the track via her Twitter account with the following message:

"The Country Road Version of Born This Way. Produced By: Me + Fernando."

Gaga remixed the song with Fernando Garibay. The following verse is completely original:

"If we want it make it country, baby, it's okay/'cause I was born, I was born, I was born this way/from London, Paris, Japan, back to U.S.A/I was born on the road, I was born to be brave."

Only an A-list actress like Reese Witherspoon could get away with shopping in Beverly Hills in her bare feet! Those sky-high platforms she's got on must have really started to hurt, and she can't have sore toes on her wedding day!



The soon-to-be-married Oscar winner was getting some last minute shopping in before she heads to her Ojai Valley, Calif. 7-acre ranch, where she will tie the knot with super agent Jim Toth in front of 100 lucky guests.

Apparently Reese picked a Monique Lhuillier-designed gown to walk down the isle and the actress has such classic taste, we bet she'll look absolutely breathtaking.

No word yet on whether ex-hubby Ryan Phillippe will be in attendance.

Just days after Lindsay Lohan rejected a plea deal in her recent jewelry theft case, we caught up with the starlet visiting Tribecca West studios in LA not once, but twice in one day (she went home to change her outfit and came right back).

Does this mean Lohan may finally have a new movie deal? It's been far too long since we've seen her on the big screen -- and Machete doesn't count.



The Tribecca West is a film and television post-production studio, and is one of the most high-profile entertainment office complexes in Los Angeles. The offices are home to some the biggest names in the entertainment industry including Disney, HBO and NBC Studios. Could Lohan be re-teaming with Disney? We highly doubt it.

Whatever the reason for Lohan visiting Tribecca West, we hope it's a positive step in reviving her halted career!

Brooke Mueller has been undergoing voluntary treatment at a sober living facility as an outpatient, in light of recent accusations of drug abuse made by ex-hubby Charlie Sheen.

Brooke took it upon herself to check into the facility, which looks like an incredibly huge mansion, and we're happy to see her looking fit and healthy in light of all she's been through lately.



After an intense few weeks battling it out over custody of their two-year-old twins Max and Bob, Mueller and Sheen have finally agreed on a custody deal. Part of that deal requires both parents undergo regular drug testing, which is why Mueller enrolled in the program; Sheen's ex wants to prove she's drug free and is making an effort to keep it way.

Mueller also recently dropped her request for an extended restraining order against her ex-hubby. We're glad things are finally going a bit smoother for the pair!
