17-year-old Justin Bieber and 12-year-old Jayden Smith ditched Justin's tourmate and Jayden's little sis Willow for a boy's night out at Mr. Chow in London last night.

With Jayden's dad Will having returned to New York to shoot Men in Black 3, it seems that the boys were left to their own devices.

Of course, they weren't flying completely solo. Justin's bodyguards were there to chaperone the guys!

Paris Hilton was joined by famous pals Brooke Mueller and LaToya Jackson yesterday afternoon in Beverly Hills where the ladies were belatedly celebrating Kathy Hilton's birthday.

The luncheon party took place at Il Cielo, where Brooke was able to bring her adorable boys Bob and Max!

Charlie Sheen's newly expanding Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option Tour will be dark, thought-provoking and most of all, funny, says one of the tour's producers.

"First and foremost he's an actor and a performer and the funniest guy in America right now, so the show he is working on right now will be largely spoken word, but having heard some of the monologues he is working on right now, it goes from hysterically funny to dark to very thought provoking," says Joey Scoleri.

The producer also told E! that while Charlie as an actor is used to delivering someone else's lines, there is no writer on this show.

"I don't think it's a script, as much as he is going to riff like an artist…He will probably do most of it from memory, he's that talented."

Scoleri goes on to say that most of the material will be like "spoken word", and although there will be some "video presentation" but most of it will just be Charlie on stage with a microphone.

Sheen recently expanded his tour to 20 cities and included a "meet and greet" option, but it will cost you -- $575.00

But even with an expanded tour, a sold out show, and a spendy meet-and-greet, will it come close to what Sheen was making on Two and a Half Men?

Sandra Bullock wore a frizzy wig to shoot scenes for her new movie, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in New York city yesterday.

The movie, which co-stars Tom Hanks, marks Sandy's first return to the big screen since her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side (not to mention her divorce scandal!)

Sandra's been living in New York with her adopted son Louis as she works on the film, about a mother who lost her husband in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center.

Gwen Stefani got glammed up with a trip to the nail salon in West Hollywood yesterday.

The No Doubt singer, who never seems to be caught without her face on, revealed that she likes to wear makeup for her hubby Gavin Rossdale.

"I wear make-up every single day," she recently told Elle Uk. "I like to wear make-up for Gavin and I don’t feel energized till I’ve put it on, then I’m ready to go."

But Gwen also admitted to other body insecurities that hindered her music. Gwen said she felt so "gross" after giving birth to her second son Zuma in 2008, that she couldn't write any songs with band No Doubt!

"I felt so gross," she said, "I got so big and felt so out of touch and not cool. I was trying to write this cool record and nothing came out."

But that's clearly not the case now, as Gwen and her No Doubt bandmates have been hard at work in the studio on their upcoming album. In fact, Gwen tweeted about laying down some vocal tracks for the record just last night!

So I guess as long as Gwen continues to look fab we can expect some great music!

Yesterday Simon Cowell announced that record exec/producer L.A. Reid will be joining him at the judges table when X Factor premieres this fall, but now a new report claims that one of the other seats will be filled by none other than controversial Pretty Reckless singer/ex-Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen!

Apparently producers of the hit Brit show think Momsen are attracted to Momsen's "young, hip and edgy” sensibilities, and told Celebuzz they think she'd be perfect for the show.

But Momsen just left her lucrative role on television in order to concentrate on making music and touring with her band. Would she even consider going back now right when her music career is really taking off?

Other names mentioned to fill one of the spots next to Simon are Paula Abdul, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Scherzinger and Cheryl Cole.

Lindsay Lohan has been living it up in New York, partying until 4am, going to a Knicks game and now bowling with her siblings at Bowlmor Lanes.

You'd hardly guess she has a March 25th deadline to accept a plea deal!

Lindsay was joined by sister Ali and brother Michael, Jr. at the upscale bowling joint in New York city. She tweeted from the lanes, "Just spent the afternoon bowling with my little brother and sister at @bowlmorlanes, Michael's so good ha!"

Lindsay is supposedly in her home state to spend time with her family and mull over the deal offered to her by the district attorney which would see her serving jail time for the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace.

Miley Cyrus looked back to her old bubbly self yesterday in Beverly Hills, just one day after her father Billy Ray announced he was calling off his divorce from Miley's mom, Tish.

Of course, a little retail therapy probably helped put that smile on her face as well, as Miley, who made a quick change on her outing to Beverly Hills, shopped with little sister Noah at Louis Vuitton, All Saints and Aldo.

Miley had been looking like a sullen teenager as of late, attacking photographers and scowling at the cameras, but ever since her parents announced their reconciliation, she's been nothing but smiles!

We're glad all that family drama seems to be behind her.
