Brooke Mueller looked positively glowing this afternoon as she took her adorable two-year-old twins, Bob and Max, to lunch at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills.

Brooke and Charlie had been bitterly battling over the custody of the twins, with Brooke accusing Sheen of being mentally unstable, but the couple reached an agreement last week.

In a statement, lawyers for the couple said that "for the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed," and it looks like whatever agreement they did come to is definitely benefiting the boys because they've never looked happier!

Charlie is about to embark on a several city tour for his live "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour. It's unclear whether or not the boys will be able to join him on the road.

Now that Katherine Heigl has wrapped the film New Year's Eve in NYC, the 32-year-old actress is enjoying a vacation in sunny Miami with sexy hubby Josh Kelly.

Wearing a black bikini, the former Grey's Anatomy actress flaunts her toned beach body while making her way to get some sun. Looks like Katherine and Josh wanted some adult time without daughter Naleigh.

As for her role in New Year's Eve, she replaced Halle Berry who initially dropped out due to custody issues. Berry has now rejoined the cast in a different role.

Model Stephanie Seymour has been having a blast in St. Barts, where she showed off a polka-dot bikini while frolicking in the waves with her kids!

Seymour, who was once engaged to Guns N Roses frontman Axl Rose, is currently married to billionaire Peter Brant.

The couple and their three children are currently staying in the Caribbean island's most expensive rental house, named The Dune, which rents for $28,000 a day.

Katy Perry let it all hang out last night in London on the first night of her California Dreams tour.

Wearing a series of sparkly, sexy costumes that left little to the imagination, Perry rocked the Hammersmith Apollo, performing to a sold-out crowd.

Perry recently complained about the strict diet she was on in order to look that good wearing that little:

"I'm on a meal plan, which absolutely sucks," she revealed in a recent interview. "But on Sundays I get to have a cheat day where I go buck wild and eat In-N-Out Burger."

Whether it sucks or not, all that discipline has clearly paid off!

Glee creator Ryan Murphy has publicly trashed artists like Kings of Leon and Guns n Roses' Slash for refusing to let their songs appear on the hit show, but now Foo Fighters frontman and Nirvana Dave Grohl is hitting back.

"It’s every band’s right, you shouldn’t have to do f**king Glee,” Grohl told THR. “And then the guy who created Glee is so offended that we’re not, like, begging to be on his f**king show… f**k that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do Glee.”

Murphy first went after the KOL after the band refused to license their Grammy-nominated hit, Use Somebody. Murphy said, "F*** you, Kings of Leon. They’re self-centered a**holes, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument. It's like, OK, hate on arts education. You can make fun of Glee all you want, but at its heart, what we really do is turn kids on to music."

But Grohl says Glee is not for everyone. “I watched 10 minutes. It’s not my thing,” Grohl said. "And it’s just like, Dude, maybe not everyone loves Glee. Me included.”

Miley Cyrus couldn't be happier that her dad and mom have decided to reconcile, and now the 18-year-old pop star is spreading her love to the victims in Japan.

Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, announced on The View that he's withdrawing the divorce petition from wife Tish ... and has decided to keep his family together.
