A new set of pictures featuring a naked and naughty Vanessa Hudgens hit the web this week, and it sounds like the starlet is gearing up to sue whoever leaked the raunchy shots!

"Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface," Hudgens' lawyer told NY Daily News. "It is particularly disturbing that whoever got hold of these private photos seems to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time. We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and hold them accountable for their actions."

When photos of the 22-year-old actress surfaced in 2007 and 2009, she said she was "embarrassed", and at the time she told Allure magazine that the sexy snaps were meant to be a "private thing." Hudgens took legal action in 2009, and her lawyers demanded that websites remove the personal photos.

While we feel bad for the actress, we find the timing a bit coincidental, as the XXX photos have been released just one week after her new film Beastly hit theaters, and just 10 days before Sucker Punch premieres...

Looks like Miley Cyrus' parents are moving out of their Toluca Lake neighborhood!

The wild child's mom and dad strategically had Bekins moving trucks parked backwards in their driveway in the hopes of keeping the activity private.

Two large trucks, as well as a third smaller moving truck, were at the estate all morning loading tons of items from the house. We have a feeling they are going to be seeking a gated community this time around. X17 photographers tell us the trucks headed straight to a nearby storage facility. Let the house hunting begin.

LeAnn Rimes has dropped a noticeable amount of weight over the past few weeks, and now she's firing back at the "evil comments" and "rag mags" criticizing her skinny frame.

Yesterday Rimes tweeted, "OVER It is right! I know how healthy I am, so really that's all that matters," adding that she was "talking about the evil comments and the judging and rag mags."

The country star continued, "It's sad how mean people in this world can be for no good reason. You start to lose hope in people except for a handful ... I don't care about the dumb articles. I know how healthy I am. Maybe those people should start taking care of themselves...inside and out."

Rimes is set to marry fiance Eddie Cibrian this year, and it appears as though her weight loss is in preparation for her late spring wedding. So what's her plan for dealing with the pictures in which she appears gaunt and underweight? "Maybe it's time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL #joke," Rimes tweeted on Tuesday. At least she's got a sense of humor about it!

Oscar nominated actor Josh Brolin was snapped chatting with a mystery blonde at the SoHo hotel in NYC the other day, and his wife Diane Lane wasn't anywhere in sight! Then again, he's smiling and looking RIGHT at the camera, so if he was going to cheat on his lady love, we have a feeling he'd be a bit more careful about it!

Last year Playboy asked the star about rumors of his infidelity, to which he responded, "I don't f*** around on my wife. I mean, check her out, man. My relationship with my wife is fantastic." Well put!

Julia Roberts' niece Emma - pictured above at the Nike store in LA - is featured in the latest issue of Elle and she talks about whether or not she wants to capitalize on her famous Hollywood DNA; Emma is the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and teacher Kelly Cunningham.

The 20-year-old says:

"Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson have made names for themselves regardless of the fact that their parents were famous. I’d like to have a career like that too."

The 34-year-old Oscar-winning actress and her 40-year-old fiance Jim Toth will walk down the aisle next Saturday, March 26 at her Ojai Valley estate, according to Radaronline.

The estate sits on 7 acres of land and is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, horse stables, a swimmer's pool and two guest houses. Perfect for all those visiting in-laws!

A source tells the site the wedding will include around 100 guests and "candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling."

As for Reese, she's been getting wedding dress ready for weeks now with constant exercising sessions ... both at the gym and on frequent runs.

The 36-year-old Lincoln Lawyer actor is already father to daughter Ava, 11 and son Deacon, 7 ... whom he had with ex Reese Withersppon.

As for how he's handling the news, the source adds:

"If it's his, he'll take responsibility. Reese has been really supportive. She knows that Ryan is a good dad and she respects that."

Julianne Moore has been cast to play Sarah Palin the upcoming HBO film Game Change, which is based on the political tell-all book about the 2008 presidential election.

Palin seems a bit bitter about the announcement, telling Fox News host Sean Hannity, "I think I'll just grit my teeth and bear whatever comes what may with that movie." While the flick may not portray the controversial politician in the most positive light, she shouldn't complain about having gorgeous Moore play her onscreen! Of course, Palin does, and she whined to Hannity, "Well, I am all about job creation and I guess I could provide some of these gals who pretend like they're me some job security. I would ask though that - if they're of the mind of spreading the wealth around - that perhaps they want to spring for one of my kid's braces or something as they capitalize on pretending to be me."

Shouldn't she be grateful that she's still even considered relevant? And didn't she make millions of dollars on her book and TV deals?
