Since Lakers player Lamar Odom was in New York for Valentine's Day battling it out on the court with the Knicks, wife Khloe Kardashian spent the evening at dinner with her assistant Malika.

The two ladies hit up Philippe Chow in West Hollywood for a bite without their special Valentines, and by the smiles on their faces, looks like they had a blast.

Mrs. Odom is no doubt celebrating the release of their unisex fragrance called Unbreakable. When asked about her hubby's inspiration for the scent, Khloe says, "He wanted to have something that had that perfect mix of both masculinity and femininity."

So great to see Khloe looking fit and fabulous, and check out that grin! Lamar must be doing something right.

The heck with the top ten list, this is what we really wanted to see! Last night the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover was revealed The Late Show With David Letterman, and 25-year-old Russian model Irina Shayk is the lucky bikini-clad babe.

Shayk said, "There were 10 models there to do the Top 10 List, and nobody knows until the last minute who the cover will be. And then I saw it, and I couldn't believe it!" So is she single? Not exactly ... Shayk is romantically linked to soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, and while the two aren't engaged, it seems like it's pretty serious!

Lady Gaga isn't shying away from addressing the fact that Born This Way has been compared to Madonna's Express Yourself.

While appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the 24-year-old singer said the following about her love for the Material Girl ... and how Madge has given her approval:

“There is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally and professionally. Well, the good news is that I got an e-mail from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be."

After nearly five years of marriage, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman are legally no longer a couple.

The Burlesque actress and the music executive finalized their divorce, however the judgement doesn't become official until April 15.

The couple announced their plans for divorce last October, and since then, the two have been splitting time with 3-year-old son Max. In the divorce documents, Xtina and Jordan have come to an agreement on joint custody.

Jennifer Aniston, who recently turned 42, may not look or act her age, but finds being lumped in with the over-forty crowd "weird."

"All of a sudden you're labeled, you're a number," she told Rachael Ray. "It wasn't like 30-plus or 30 something. It's just that all of sudden, it's like, 'Wow for your age, not so bad.' It's like what?"

Jen went on to say that people "all of a sudden make it seem like your life is coming very shortly to an end. It's weird."

Jennifer, who hasn't hidden her desire to have children some day recently shot down reports that she was adopting from Mexico.

And although she may be quite young at heart, this year's birthday celebration was quite a departure from last year's shin-dig.

The Friends star had a quiet dinner in New York with Just Go With It co-star Adam Sandler and his wife as well as Hugh Jackman and his wife and other pals.

In other Beckham news, a federal judge in here in LA dismissed Beckham’s libel and slander lawsuit against In Touch magazine over a story claiming the soccer stud was cheating on Posh with a prostitute. Beckham’s attorney said they would appeal the ruling and disprove the magazine’s claims, so it looks like it's not over yet!

Billy Ray Cyrus chats with the latest issue of GQ Magazine, and Miley's dad reveals that he's worried about his daughter. "I'm scared for [Miley]," says the 49-year-old country star. "She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I know she's 18, but I still feel like as her daddy I'd like to try to help. At least get her out of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm. Stop the insanity just for a minute."

Billy Ray said he refused to attend her 18th birthday party because it was "wrong", adding, "It was for 21 years old and up... I said, 'This whole thing's falling apart up there and they just want to blame all of this stuff on you again.' I'm staying out of it."

Billy Ray made note of the late Anna Nicole Smith and Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and said, "I'm concerned about Miley. I think that [Cobain's] world was just spinning so fast and he had so many people around him that didn't help him. Like Anna Nicole Smith--you could see that train wreck coming ... I should have been a better parent. I should have said, 'Enough is enough--it's getting dangerous and somebody's going to get hurt.' I should have, but I didn't ... Honestly, I didn't know the ball was out of bounds until it was way up in the stands somewhere."

Billy Ray even goes as far as saying he wishes Miley was never cast in Disney's Hannah Montana, boldly stating that it has "destroyed my family -- the damn show destroyed my family. It's all sad ...I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just everybody be okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I'd erase it all in a second if I could."
