Some people really have little to do with the music industry but still show up to the Grammys and all the other awards shows -- Kim Kardashian is one of these people (well, she IS recording an album, so I guess that counts).

But the really interesting story about her Grammy appearance isn't that she was there for unknown reasons, and not that she was hanging out of the front of her dress (okay so maybe that's the most interesting part), but that she hardly made it into her sparkly gold dress!

She told Ryan Seacrest: "I had the biggest fashion emergency. I took it to another tailor and they tailored it to where my whole butt wouldn't fit in it. I was freaking out and said that if I didn't have a dress, I wouldn't go. The designers were amazing and they came in and met me and redid the whole thing."

Katy Perry tried to look angelic tonight but I'm afraid she failed and ended up just looking ... ridiculous? Like a Victoria's Secret reject (sorry, Katty!).
