Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan were spotted shopping on Monday evening, and the box office superstar flashed X17 photogs his sexy smile before driving off in his Bentley.

RDJ is currently filming the yet-to-be-titled Sherlock Holmes sequel, and before we get to see him slip into his Iron Man suit for the Avengers movie in 2012, he's reportedly set to star in How To Talk To Girls, which is based off of child author Alec Greven's book of the same title. When asked about having her life filmed 24/7, Kourtney tells the mag:

"It definitely took me longer to adapt to the idea. I cannot bring myself to watch season one, even now. By the end I'd become more comfortable with the idea of 20 people in our house, lighting and sound crews, wearing a mic pack for 18 hours a day, seven days a week, for three months. But for most of the first season... just awful."

Khloe also opens up about the name-calling she's endured over the years. She says:

"I'm the ugly sister. I'm the fat one. I'm the transvestite. I have had those mean things said about me at least twice a day for the last five years. It's horrible, you know? But I can brush that stuff off."

Way to take the high road, Khloe. We're loving the way these ladies are workin' it for the camera!

Love him, hate him, say what you want about him, but Kanye West is riding a huge wave of success thanks to his latest album and his new fashion line, so it appears as though a comeback is in full force for the controversial rapper.

Kanye sits down with VMAN to chat about success and his new projects, and none other than Karl Lagerfeld snapped these shots of the couture-clad superstar. Karl says, "His strength is mixing music and fashion. He has an instant instinct for what looks and sounds good. He makes everything new and different." He can be a jerk sometimes, but we definitely respect him as an artist!

Michael Lohan is speaking out on Lindsay's possible arraignment tomorrow on grand theft charges.

Lindsay's dad tells X17online exclusively:

If they charge her, they are simply feeding a horrible machine that plays off people getting exposure through people's pain."

Just this morning, Linds checked in with her probation officer at the Santa Monica Courthouse and appeared to be "in a great mood."

Despite her legal troubles, an eyewitness told us, "Lindsay looked like she doesn't have a care in the world. She totally was smiling and seemed in a really good mood. There's no way she's worried about a felony charge."

Now that the 24-year-old actress is facing possible arraignment tomorrow, her mood may be changing quickly.

Lindsay Lohan will be charged with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace Wednesday morning.

Lindsay must be present for the hearing, which will take place tomorrow afternoon at 1:30pm PST at the Airport Course in Los Angeles.

Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has said, "We vehemently deny these allegations" and just a few minutes ago, Lindsay was looking as if she "didn't have a care in the world" while checking in with her probation officer.

Yesterday, Lindsay's lawyer visited the L.A. County District Attorney's Office to try and cut a deal but it looks as if the case is headed for trial.

Lindsay was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from the Venice store Kamofie & Company. Lohan maintains that she was given the necklace on loan (a common practice for celebrities) and the property in question was returned just as officers obtained a search warrant for Lindsay's pad.

With no charges being filed yesterday nor today, Lilo may just dodge the bullet with this necklace drama. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, still "vehemently denies" her client did anything wrong.

Cynthia Nixon and her longtime girlfriend/fiancee Christine Marinoni are the proud new parents of a baby boy!

Marinoni delivered the healthy baby on Monday, a rep confirmed to Us.

Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni is the first child for the couple. Nixon has two previous children, Samantha, 14, Charles, 8, from a previous relationship.

Nixon and Marinoni have been dating since 2004 and got engaged in 2009.

Congrats to the proud new moms!
