Shia LaBeouf dodged questions about his recent bar brawl while running errands in Hollywood today.

"What happened over the weekend with the bar fight?" an X17online photog asked the Transformers 3 star when he was leaving the gym. LaBeouf said nothing, but just slammed his car door and sped off. Despite wearing a "Teddy Bear Beach" t-shirt, Shia was not in a cuddly mood.

Shia was briefly handcuffed by police in the early hours of Saturday morning this weekend after an apparent bar fight at Mad Bull's Tavern in Sherman Oaks.

According to various reports, LaBeouf was being heckled by a fellow bar patron and was later punched in the mouth when the argument was moved outside. Local LAPD officers showed up, handcuffed the actor, questioned him and then released him soon after.

This is not the first time Shia has been in trouble with the law.

The actor was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing after refusing to leave a Walgreens store in 2007, and then was arrested in Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving (but never charged with a DUI) in 2008.

It's been less less than two weeks since actor Charlie Sheen started rehab - he's currently receiving treatment at his Beverly Hills home - and already the 45-year-old is ready to get back to work.

One of Sheen's attorneys, Yale Galanter, reveals the following to E! News:

"We are thinking Charlie will be going back to work two weeks from today. Charlie is fine healthwise and doing really well. Things are looking good. Everybody's intentions are to get him back in the swing of things as soon as possible."

Production is currently halted on the actor's hit show, Two and a Half Men.

Sheen released a statement last week thanking his fans and co-workers for their support: "I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people."

Last night Avril Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner jetted out of LAX to Paris, and it looks like the Canadian punk/pop princess doesn't have any plans to wash the electric chlorine green out of her long locks. No doubt she's got a hot body and a pretty face, but we have to wonder what Brody thinks of this Crayola-inspired 'do...

Teen queen Miley Cyrus has been caught smoking cigarettes (see here) and smoking salvia (see here), but in her March 2009 autobiography Miles to Go, the Disney starlet had quite a different opinion on the matter:

"I guess my idea of a good party is someone getting their face smashed in cake, not getting smashed. I don't drink & I would never smoke. I always say that for me, smoking would be like smashing my guitar and expecting it to play. I'd never do that to my voice, not to mention the rest of my body."

Barbra Streisand will hit the stage at this year's Grammy Awards, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The 68-year-old performer, who has won numerous Oscar, Grammy and Emmy Awards, will be joining other singers for the award show including Mick Jagger, the Rolling Stones, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cee Lo Green.

Streisand will be awarded the Person of the Year award on February 11th from MusiCares, a foundation that aids aspiring musicians who have medical, financial or personal needs.

Her performance at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will take place this Sunday, February 13.

The Glee cast just supposedly apologized to Lindsay Lohan for calling her "totally crazy" in the Gwyneth Paltrow episode, but now they've offended her mother Dina in a show that aired last night.

In last night's episode, Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester (played by Jane Lynch) is being interviewed by Katie Couric for a special on "loser of the year," where she beat out, among others, "Dina Lohan" and "Sparky Lohan, Dina Lohan's dog," who Couric said, was "also a loser."

"Dina is hurt and shocked and hasn't done anything to deserve this constant teasing from this show," a source tells Popeater. "They are all a bunch of bullies."

But not surprisingly, Michael Lohan disagrees with his ex-wife's assessment.

"Dina deserves a lot worse of a title after all she has done to destroy the relationships with my kids and entire family," Michael said, adding that the people she hangs out with are "the epitomes of losers."

Dane, who was most recently seen in Burlesque alongside Christina Aguilera, said in an interview last November, "We're going to have another one hopefully."

Gisele Bundchen is firing back at online reports quoting her as saying she doesn't use sunscreen because it's "poison".

The Daily Mail reported that while promoting her skin care line, the Brazilian supermodel said, “I cannot put this poison on my skin ... I do not use anything synthetic." Gisele's rep tells People, “They misquoted her due to a language barrier. Gisele would never say not to use sunscreen because she has family members who have had skin cancer," noting that she doesn't put SPF in her products or use lotions containing chemicals.

Bundchen's rep added, "She followed that line of questions saying she tried to stay out of the sun when it is the strongest between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. When using sunscreens she selects ones that are free of parabens, oxybenzone, PABA, and retinyl palmitate. She buys her sunscreen at Whole Foods, so she can find ones that are free of harsh chemicals. She says, ‘Of course I put on sun block. I don’t want to look like a shrimp!’”
