For their 17th Annual Hollywood Issue, Vanity Fair features Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway and James Franco on the cover, and Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Jospeh Gordon Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund and Noomi Rapace are shown on the inside flap. Robert Duvall plays bartender, and as far we're concerned, the only things missing are Ryan Gosling, Natalie Portman and Olivia Wilde's clothes!

As X17online first reported, Demi Lovato has gone from receiving treatment at Timberline Knolls Residential Center in Lemont, Illinois to A New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica.

The Disney star, 18, who reportedly has a history with eating disorders, is taking part in an intensive outpatient program.

"Our programs are created and conducted by a nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of professionals with years of experience in the field of eating disorders, mental health, addictions, and compulsive disorders," the site reads.

The Santa Monica facility also has dietitians who specialize in "anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating."

A New Journey's website goes on to say:

"Underlying issues are gently and firmly processed while each individual receives psychoeducation and therapeutic processes about proper nutrition, meal planning, and practices mindful eating. We are doing more than treating individuals at A New Journey, we are building community and family that facilitate the individual’s reintegration of body-mind-spirit."

In December of last year, Lovato reportedly settled with Alex Welch, the backup dancer whom she punched in the face back in October. The amount of the financial settlement was never revealed. However at the time, Donald Karpel, Welch's lawyer, told X17online, "Any and all issues and disputes have been completely and amicably resolved with Demi Lovato."

As for the Sonny With A Chance starlet seeking treatment at A New Journey, Demi's rep has no comment.

Lindsay Lohan was snapped arriving home with her friend Patrick at 3am this morning, and our photographers tell us the starlet looked like she "had definitely been drinking."

One of our photogs spotted a glass of champagne inside the car, and Lindsay seemed so paranoid she ended up calling the cops and driving off! Our photographer added, "Lindsay was pulling the same tricks she used to back in her wild party days -- ducking under to avoid being photographed and getting agitated with the paps."

Christina Applegate and fiance Martyn LeNoble welcomed daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble last Thursday, her rep has confirmed.

Applegate's rep tells Us Weekly, "Mother and daughter are doing great," and LeNoble posted an update on his Facebook page yesterday that Sadie Grace weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.

Troubled Disney starlet Demi Lovato, 18, just checked out of rehab and, thankfully, is continuing to work hard at her recovery...

Here's Lovato arriving at A New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica on Monday for further treatment and counseling.

The website states that the program consists of "a combination of specialized groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised meals, meal processing, and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process."

Props to Demi - who entered rehab last October - for staying on the right path. She even gave us a little wave!
