David Arquette has ended his professional relationship with Beacher's Madhouse, the Vaudeville-inspired club at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

The following statement was sent to X17online:

"David and Jeff have dissolved their partnership. David remains a big fan of Beacher's Madhouse and the Roosevelt Hotel, but he is concentrating on his health and well being right now."

Arquette, who entered into a rehabilitation facility roughly one month ago due to "alcohol and other issues," is now out after finishing treatment. "He has completed his treatment and has left," Arquette's rep confirms.

Arquette and wife Courteney Cox announced in October they had separated.

As for Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel, it will open for previews March 9 ... with a grand opening in September.

Boardwalk Empire starlet Paz de la Huerta attended the HBO/SAG Awards after party at Spago last night, and the actress seemed to be in much better shape than she was at the Golden Globes bash at the Chateau Marmont two weeks ago. Paz signed autographs for fans, and when asked about her embarrassing drunken tumble she said, "You know what, that was five in the morning. I know so many people who fall down those steps sober."

Boardwalk Empire won for Best Actor (Steve Buscemi) and Best Ensemble, so we're guessing she had at least one cocktail to celebrate...

Britney Spears was the maid of honor for her assistant/friend Brett Miller's wedding in Miami, yesterday, and the pop princess dazzled onlookers in a floor length blue gown at ceremony.

Britney flew in to Florida with boyfriend Jason Trawick on Thursday, and the duo stayed at the Newport Beachside Hotel, along with several other guests. However, after reportedly having "privacy issues", Britney and her beau ended up at the Frank Sinatra Suite at the Fontainebleau in Miami, shelling out $15,000 a night for the posh accommodations.

Miller married actor Frank Lionetti at the St. Bernard de Clairvaux Episcopal Church, and spies tell the Daily Mail that Britney and Jason danced the night away at the wedding reception. Think Britney caught the bouquet?

Well that was a quick romantic getaway!

After jetting off to Brazil on Thursday for fashion week, lovebirds Paris Hilton and Cy Waits arrived at Los Angeles International airport late last night. As soon as she touched down Paris tweeted, "Just landed back in LA. Can't wait to get home to my pets! :)" adding that she has a "big day" today. Wonder what she's up to? I guess we'll find out soon enough...

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds may have announced their divorce filing just over a month ago, but the two are still spending some quality time together, X17online can report exclusively.

The two shared a romantic dinner at The Little Door restaurant in West Hollywood Friday night, ducking out the back door to avoid being seen together.

A source inside the restaurant tells us:

"It was surprising. Everyone in the restaurant was whispering about the two of them being together -- we all knew they had announced their divorce. The reservation was made for a private table and they sat there talking - very seriously, very intimately. It wasn't overtly romantic, but they seemed like two people who were together, no doubt. There was no tension, no conflict. They chuckled every once in a while and generally enjoyed the evening. They didn't look like two people who had recently broken up."

The two left together in a chauffeured car headed for ... a make-up after their break-up???

And it looks like she had quite a workout!

Before glamming it up with brother Rob at the Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday night, reality TV babe Kim Kardashian hit up the gym in Encino for a pre-event workout.

X17 spotted Denise Richards visiting Charlie Sheen's Mulholland Drive estate today from about 3:30 - 5:30 pm PT.

Richards was visibly upset as she had a phone conversation over her car speakers while driving home. News of Sheen's recent breakdown must be hard to take for the actor's ex-wife with whom he has two daughters -- Sam, 5; and Lola, 4.

Though Sheen's rep has told X17 and other media outlets that his client is "in a rehab facility," it seems possible he may be seeking in-home treatment as he did in January after his Christmas Day blow-out with estranged wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen.

Richards could have been retrieving some of her daughters' belongings, perhaps knowing Charlie would be away for a while ... Or could she have been visiting Charlie?

It would make sense for Sheen, whose hit show Two and a Half Men is currently on hiatus because of the star's troubles, to do a more intense therapy at home so he could return to work more quickly. It may also appear less serious and just more of a "re-focusing" if he doesn't check in to a traditional rehabilitation facility but seeks some quick help at home and hires a sober coach.

Could in-home rehab be a PR move?

Of course Natalie Portman took home the prize for Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actress tonight at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, for her role in the ballet thriller Black Swan.

Portman proudly showed off her baby bump in this Azzaro gown and she accessorized with no less than $2 million in Tiffany & Co. jewels!

In her acceptance speech, the 29-year-old actress thanked her parents for not allowing her to be "an a**hole." And, of course, she thanked her fiance (and Black Swan co-star) Benjamin Millepied.
