Miley Cyrus has earned the title of Worst Celebrity Influence of 2010 ... two years in a row!

In a poll by JSYK.com, Miley scored 58% of close to 99,000 votes from the website's target audience of 9 - 15 year olds. What happened to the innocent Hannah Montana?

Ms. Cyrus, 18, has not been shy when it comes to posing for controversial photos, not to mention the infamous Salvia video in which the young star was seen smoking from a bong.

Also in the running for the worst celebrity influences ... Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West, Chace Crawford and "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood.

Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen has been hospitalized at Cedar-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Sheen's rep confirms.

The actor, who was taken by ambulance shortly after 7am, was reportedly suffering from sharp abdominal pains.

Witnesses say paramedics put Sheen on a stretcher with a towel covering his face. Two woman were also seen leaving the house at the time he was transported.

Jenna Jameson is downright PO'd at queen of late night talk Chelsea Handler, and just like many stars before her, she's taken to Twitter to unleash her wrath.

The infamous former porn star revealed Thursday:

"Chelsea handler makes fun of peoples kids... Probably because she's a dried up old wh-re. Just cuz I say it like it is...... Don't hate....... She talks massive s---."

Loves it!

Apparently the recent Tweet is semi-justified. Jameson is reportedly striking back over comments Handler made in a December interview with Katie Couric, for Glamour magazine. The Chelsea Lately star expressed to Couric:

"I say things that a lot of people wouldn't say, and some of it probably isn't in the best taste. But when I hear the word raunchy, to me that describes Jenna Jameson."

Ouch. Major diss. Come on ladies, can't we all just get along?

Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi has done an amazing of job keeping her baby-daddy's identity under wraps, until court filings recently made public changed everything.

Venture capitalist Adam Dell (he's the younger brother of Dell Inc. founder Michael Dell) filed legal papers Wednesday for custody of 11-month old daughter, Krishna. He requested to change the baby’s last name from Lakshmi to Dell, and submitted a paternity test to prove he's the father of the baby girl.

This left Ms. Lakshmi completely blind-sided, as she has taken great pains to keep these custody matters out of the public eye. Her rep released a statement after the case was made public, revealing:

"It appears to us that Mr. Dell remains more interested in garnering media attention than working out details to see Krishna or in her welfare. 24 hours after the New York Post was told about Adam Dell's lawsuit, neither Padma Lakshmi nor her lawyers has received a copy of it; they only learned of it through a statement Mr. Dell provided to the press."

Never a good way to find out you're getting served legal docs. Apparently this custody filing comes after Dell's long frustration with the Top Chef beauty's busy schedule, and the fact he reportedly gets to spend only seven hours a week with his daughter.

Dell's lawyer, Bill Zabel, says of the filing:

"Above all else, Adam Dell wants to have an active and substantial role in the upbringing of his daughter along with Padma Lakshmi. Unfortunately, Ms Lakshmi has severely limited his time with their daughter and has refused to negotiate a reasonable co-parenting agreement. Mr Dell has tried his best to avoid going to court, but Ms. Lakshmi has given him no other choice at this time."

Apparently the ex-Housewife of Beverly Hills' reasoning behind the $10 million claim is if Grammar did suddenly pass away, she would have to pay out of her own pocket for any litigation regarding his estate, according to online reports.

Grammer's divorce is going to cost the actor around $50 million, since they failed to sign a prenuptial agreement, and after 13 years of marriage, the couple amassed a fortune in excess of $100 million.

Kate Hudson is four months pregnant, and the 31-year old actress is already guessing the sex of her little bundle.

During her appearance on BBC's Graham Norton Show to promote her latest film A Little Bit Of Heaven, Hudson reveals:

"It feels like a girl, but I don’t know. Ryder (my son) thinks it’s a girl."

The actress and the baby's daddy Matt Bellamy have been toying with different names, but nothing has been set in stone. She adds:

"We have a couple of names but we’re not telling anyone. People tell you so much (about being pregnant) it drives me nuts."

The couple, who are in the UK with her parents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, haven't announced any plans to wed. Kate says, "I don’t like putting that sort of pressure on it and I don’t feel it necessary to get married."

Hudson and her Muse lead singer beau have been together for eight months after meeting at last year's Coachella Festival.
