Ke$ha's former managers are asking the Manhattan Supreme Court to speed up proceedings on their $14 million lawsuit against the star because they're afraid she'll run out of money before they get their payday.
In papers filed, her management company, DAS Communications, contends that Ke$ha "is a very young and inexperienced artist whose 'star' may not continue to rise."
They go on to warn that "Although she has made an incredible amount of money in a very short period of time, in large part due to DAS' efforts on her behalf, she could just as easily lose money if not properly guided."
Ke$ha was sued by her former managers over the summer, saying she cut them off after being pressured by songwriter Dr. Luke, whom they are seeking an additional $12 million from.
Ke$ha has filed a countersuit against them, claiming they illegally acted as her agent.

After rocking a hot pink mini skirt and a baby blue number yesterday, Paris Hilton changed into a third outfit for dinner with a gal pal in Hollywood. You gotta remember Paris is shooting a television show, which explains the daily outfit changes -- it's not like she's trying to show off her fancy wardrobe! And speaking of clothes, we'd love to go shopping in her closet...

Whoa! Isn't this going to cost a bit too much money? Ah well!
MTV's Chris Linn said the following in a statement today:
"While the stateside Jersey Shore locales have become iconic for our audience ... Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us. The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can't wait to see what erupts as a result."
GTL in Italy, baby! Pauly D Tweeted, "Ohh I Love Italy This Time A Yeahhh." And Snooki wrote, "Just heard the most amazing news!"
Yeah, THIS is how popular
Jersey Shore is... can
Skins compare?

We're thrilled to see some of our favorite actors, writers and directors nominated for Oscars this year, but we definitely feel for some of the stars who were left off of the Academy's list!
Justin Timberlake (
The Social Network) and Mila Kunis (
Black Swan) were both overlooked for their supporting roles, and Ryan Gosling (
Blue Valentine), Mark Wahlberg (
The Fighter), Julianne Moore (
The Kids Are All Right), Halle Berry (
Frankie and Alice) and
Spiderman star Andrew Garfield (
The Social Network) were noticeably absent from the acting categories as well. Golden Globe winner Paul Giamatti wasn't nominated for his role in
Barney's Version, and though
Inception earned 10 nominations, Leonardo DiCaprio failed to land a spot in the best actor category.
Jeremy Renner received a supporting actor nomination for
The Town, but director and Academy darling Ben Affleck certainly wasn't feeling the love, as that was the only category in which his film was nominated. Though the much buzzed about
Country Strong opened in 2011, it began its limited release in late December (thus making it a possible contender for the Oscars), but the only recognition Gwyneth Paltrow and company received was an original song nod for
Coming Home.

Jessica Simpson was not happy when photogs asked the unsteady starlet if she was drunk while leaving Katsuya last night with her fiance Eric Johnson.
Jessica, who spent the day getting glammed at a
photo shoot, looked a bit disoriented as Johnson helped her into the car.
That's when one photog asked, "Jessica, are you drunk?" Jessica glared at him and responded, "What?!?"
But her confused expression prompted another photog to proclaim "Jessica is smashed!"
Of course, she did just spend the entire day at a photo shoot before dancing around on six inch heels around her dinner table, so it's possible she was just really exhausted!

During an Oscar roundtable that included actors Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth, Natalie Portman, Annette Bening and Michelle Williams, James Franco confessed that he not only had tremendous respect for porn stars, but that he had made some amateur sex tapes of his own!
When talking about shooting a convincing love scene, Franco, said, "As anyone who's made a home sex tape knows, what feels best doesn't always look best" the multi-talented Franco revealed in front of his fellow actors. And apparently James speaks from experience.
"I remember when I was 19 doing that and then watching it back and thinking, 'God, that looks horrible,'" Franco, who was not only
nominated for an Oscar but will be co-hosting the awards as well, revealed to the group.
"So yeah, you have a lot of respect for those actors in pornography. They're not just doing it, they're really selling it," he said. "And it's the same way with a kiss, I think. It's not just the kiss that feels the best. It's an image."
In addition to being an amateur pornographer, actor, student, writer and artist, Franco recently tried his hand at photography.
James revealed "My Week In Pictures" which included a shot of his grandma (whom he recently shot a Funny or Die video with), his cat and his computer.
Check out his handiwork in the gallery below!

31-year-old Sophie Monk announced that she had gotten secretly engaged to American businessman Jimmy Esebag, who's 20 years older!
Monk made the announcement on the Australian radio station 2Day FM's breakfast show, which she's currently co-hosting from here in LA.
Monk said "I got engaged, and I kept it quiet so no-one's heard much about him." Of her new fiance, she gushed, "He's a 'keeper'. It feels right. I think you know when you know."
So just who IS Esebag? He's the chairman of the board of America's Licensing Holding Group, which owns the rights to the Playboy brand.
But hopefully, Esebag is no playboy himself. Monk went through a very painful breakup with her last beau, plastic surgeon Jason Diaz, last year, after allegedly catching him in bed with another woman.
Monk was previously engaged to
Good Charlotte's Benji Madden.

Dr. Conrad Murray pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson this morning, stating that he is an "innocent man".
Murray was arraigned at the Los Angeles Superior Court before Judge Michael Pastor, who ruled at a preliminary hearing earlier this month that there is enough evidence to force Murray to stand trial.
The next court date for Murray will be February 7th at 9am, and jury selection will begin on March 28th for his trial. Murray's $75,000 bail still stands.
