Ouch! First all the Gossip Girl suspension rumors, and now this.

Kelly Osbourne is the new face of the Material Girl Collection, according to the above Tweet. The Fashion Police co-host will take over for Taylor Momsen.

Material Girl is designed by Madonna and her 14-year-old daughter Lourdes, who wrote on the fashion label's blog on January 11th that the line was "desperately seeking" a new face.

Is this another step back for the GG starlet? Does Taylor still deserve to be taken seriously?

Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend, Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko caught the Steelers/Jets game at Jerry's Deli in Studio City, and Wladimir didn't seem to mind the photogs, but Hayden definitely wasn't ready for her close up! What gives?

Robert Pattinson is reportedly being considered to play the late singer Jeff Buckley in an upcoming biopic.

A source told Now magazine, "Rob is obsessed with this project and is doing everything he can to land the part, it could be the film that makes him an Oscar contender."

Michelle Sy, who is rumoured to be producing the film, tells contactmusic.com, "I've met actors who are keen on the part and Robert was one ... The actor must be able to play music and sing, or at least make it believable he can do that." James Franco and James Marsden are also said to be vying for the role of Buckley, who passed away in 1997 after drowning in Memphis, Tennessee when he was just 30 years old.

Buckley's mother Mary Guibert is supportive of Pattinson playing her son, telling the mag, "Robert is a fine young actor. I'm flattered he's been linked to this project. When the time comes we'll give everybody an opportunity to be seen and heard."

Filmmaker Kevin Smith is back in the news again, but this time he's complaining about Hollywood as opposed to airplane seat size...

Smith had first suggested that he would hold an auction at Sundance after the screening of his latest flick, the horror movie Red State, for distribution rights, but now plans to go on the road throughout 2011 and release the film himself, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Red State has a planned official weekend opening on October 19th and Smith's road tour will begin on March 5th at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.

Kevin Smith said the following at the Eccles Theatre on Sunday night:

"What we need to prove is that anyone can release a movie. Indie film isn't dead, it just grew up. It is just indie film 2.0 now. In indie film 2.0, we don’t let them sell our movie, we sell our movie ourselves. We are going to make our money back by going out on the road and going city by city. It’s too much f***ing horseshit. I just want to tell f***in’ stories."

Smith paid himself $20 to purchase his own flick and the movie's budget is roughly $4 million. Good luck!

John Travolta revealed that he's been approached to guest star on Glee and even though it seems Travolta would be a natural for the Golden Globe-winning Fox show, he hasn't said "yes" yet!

"They've asked ... But I don't know," the new dad told ET.

So what's holding him up? "When I do musicals I train for six to nine months sometimes a year in preparation," John said. "A show like that is an on-demand thing and I really have a criteria and pride ... I would wanna knock em' dead, and I don't think I can knock 'em dead in a week."
