Kelly Osbourne has already ranted on Twitter about her ex fiance Luke Worrall cheating on her... but now the apparent "other woman" in question, Elle, tells the Sunday Mirror that she was originally born a man.

"I was open with Luke that I was born a boy. He didn't mind - in fact it turned him on more. He always insisted to me he was single and I had no idea he was engaged to Kelly Osbourne," claims the 21-year-old Elle.

But now Elle realizes "it was all lies. At the same time as he was professing his love to me, he was doing the same to Kelly."

Elle explains that she met Luke at a New York nightclub over a year ago. She has undergone hormone therapy for three years ahead of her sex change - she also has breast implants.

Damn, could this really be true? Poor Kel!

The Country Strong actress played host on SNL again last night - with a special appearance by Cee-Lo - and above is a skit of the rapper (as himself) learning that he has to release his hit song as "Forget You" as opposed to the unrated version. Last night Paris Hilton and Cy Waits went to dinner at Katsuya, and afterward we snapped the lovebirds clubbing it up at Playhouse and Roxbury. The lovebirds looked a bit overwhelmed by the throng of paparazzi outside of the bars, and lately it seems like these two have been enjoying more evenings in. Nothing wrong with that! Plus, when you consider the empire Paris is building, one can only imagine how exhausted she is at the end of the day...
