So happy for Michael Douglas!

The Wall Street 2 actor sits down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show tomorrow and opens up about his battle with cancer. Douglas explains:

"I feel good, relieved. The tumor is gone. I think the odds are with the tumor gone and what I know about this particular type of cancer that I've got it beat. I have to check out on a monthly basis now to maintain. I guess there's not a total euphoria. I'll probably take a couple of months of getting checked out. But it's been a wild six-month ride."

Congrats! Talk about good news, right? Douglas also says he lost "about 32 pounds" during the whole ordeal, and reveals what life is like being a cancer survivor:

"All of a sudden the affection from my family, from my friends, and from my fans hit me at a much deeper level than I would have ever imagined before. And it gave me a really new appreciation of just how valuable, how precious good friends are and family. And it's not that I disregarded them before but there's a much deeper feeling."

Douglas is currently married to actress Catherine Zeta-Jones. The couple has two children together, Carys and Dillon. Douglas also has another child, Cameron, from a previous marriage.

Demi Lovato has been working hard on her health in rehab, and we give the Disney star major props for not trying to exit the facility too early. She really does want to get herself back on track.

While Lovato wasn't able to attend the Jan. 5 People's Choice Awards, she wanted to let her fans know she appreciates their support, and her multiple wins.

Lovato exclaimed via her Facebook page:

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."

The Sonny With A Chance star nabbed two honors at the Jan. 5 People's Choice Awards: favorite TV guest star for her role on Grey's Anatomy, and favorite family TV movie for Disney's Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, co-starring the Jonas brothers.

Congratulations girl! We can't wait for you to get well and start singing/making movies again soon!

The preliminary hearing in the Michael Jackson case continued today with Dr. Conrad Murray's pharmacist testifying that Jackson's doctor purchased 255 vials of Propofol only months before the King of Pop's death. That's the equivalent of four gallons!

Dr. Murray is currently being charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death.

According to Las Vegas pharmacist Tim Lopez, Murray purchased 125 vials of propofol at 20 milliliters and 130 vials of the powerful anesthetic at 100 milliliters.

While on the stand, Lopez said that he recalls the orders for propofol were placed between April 6 and June 10, 2009. Jackson died on June 25.

The preliminary hearing will determine whether the case will go to trial. The defense is making claims that Jackson killed himself with a lethal dose of propofol. The prosecution believes Dr. Murray is responsible for the singer's death.

Kendall Jenner may be only 15, but Kim Kardashian's little sis is already giving good face!

The young Kardashian sister is working the camera for designer Marc Clark's new T-shirt line. Kendall was snapped at the SLS hotel in Beverly Hills wearing loads of makeup, including bright blue eye shadow. The designer had the following to say about the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star:

"Kendall is an up-and-coming talent who exudes model. When I seen images from her portfolio, I thought she was perfect for the launch of the Marcc Spring/Summer 2011 t-shirt and accessories line. It was a pleasure working with her on this project."

In a recent interview with TeenPROM, Jenner revealed that she'd like to model for Chanel. Something tells us that will be happening sooner rather than later!

Remember how "Hold It Against Me" was supposed to be released this Tuesday at midnight? But instead the song leaked early this morning! What happened?

A source tells X17online exclusively that "Hold It Against Me" is currently streaming on Z100's site because the song was prematurely released on iTunes in New Zealand (for $2.39) - why? Because in New Zealand, today is 1/11/11 due to the time difference... the date that Brit's latest single was scheduled to be released!

So technically, they're in the clear. Jive didn't take the song down and, instead, moved forward with the radio release date.

Thoughts on the track? We think it's going to be a huge dance/club hit!

Marion Cotillard will be welcoming her first baby this year, her rep confirms to X17online.

The Oscar-winning actress and her longtime beau, Guillaume Canet, met on set of the 2003 French film Love Me If You Dare.

Canet, who is an actor and director, has been dating the 35-year-old Inception star for three years.

Up next, Cotillard will star in Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris.
