Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's baby girl turns three on January 11th and the b-day girl already had a celebrity-studded party on Saturday to celebrate the big day. Guests included her bro Sparrow (pictured above with mom Nic), Kourtney Kardashian and baby Mason, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale with their two boys and Jessica Alba and Cash with baby Honor... to name a few!

TLC's wildly controversial show Sarah Palin's Alaska has been the subject of water-cooler discussions since it first premiered in 2010. But now Entertainment Weekly reports that Palin's reality show, produced by Mark Burnett, will not be back for a second season...

Of course, this does make perfect sense - why would Palin even want to commit to more episodes? After all, doesn't she have plans to run for office?

Sarah Palin's Alaska had an average of 3.2 million viewers watching TLC. This Sunday's two hour finale will be the last.

Lindsay lunched out yesterday after picking up a free $25,000 necklace from her pal Pascal Mouawad.

Lilo stopped by Fred Segal West Hollywood and then headed to Sushi Taiyo in Beverly Hills. We're told she enjoyed some sushi but "she absolutely didn't order sake or any other alcoholic beverage," a restaurant employee tells X17online.

Lindsay must be under a decent amount of stress right now, being semi-homeless. Though temporary housing at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons isn't exactly horrible. Linds is preparing to move into her new Venice Beach digs (next door to Samantha Ronson) this week. Hope everything's in order, including her relationship with her ex!

2011 isn't exactly starting off with a bank for Eva Longoria ... the Desperate Housewives star recently filed for divorce from hubby Tony Parker after allegations he was cheating on her (or at least sexting her friend) and now Eva's business venture is going under as well.

The bosses at Eva's Las Vegas Beso post filed for bankruptcy last week, according to the Sun. Eva has a 32% stake in the restaurant that is in the red for almost $5 million.

The report quotes Eva as saying it ain't over 'til it's over: "I look forward to a more proactive, hands-on approach in the coming years with my Las Vegas businesses."

Let's hope the rest of 2011 is brighter for this soon-to-be divorcee than the first few weeks have been!

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo will bring their real-life relationship to the small screen with dual guest appearances on the hit CBS drama Hawaii Five-O, according to People magazine.

According to a source, Minnillo will play a woman named Susan, engaged to Lachey's character named Tyler. Minnillo will work as a deckhand on a cruise boat that's taken hostage by pirates. The episode is set to air next month.
