With Lindsay Lohan roaming the streets of Hollywood again, the race is on to see who will land the first post-rehab interview with the 24-year-old starlett.

Dr. Drew Pinsky has made a public request to have the troubled actress as the first guest on his upcoming CNN HLN show premiering in March.

The Celebrity Rehab doctor told the New York Post, "I want to talk about what's really going on with a woman who's suffering like that."

Since Dr. Drew's show isn't premiering for several months, Lilo's first interview most likely will take place within the next month. A source close to Lindsay tells X17online exclusively:

"When it comes to getting an interview with Lindsay, take a number. She has a list of requests a mile long. Lindsay has yet to decide who she'll be sitting down with."

As for what kind of regimen Dr. Drew would recommend for Lindsay, he tells People, "Two to three meetings a day, daily interaction with a sponsor and either regular therapy or an outpatient treatment program."

When it comes to the possibility of Lilo relapsing, Dr. Drew adds:

"The biggest conundrum for people like [Lohan] is they have real financial concerns and the work beckons, and they make lots of money for lots of people – and those people push on them to return to work. But the No. 1 reason most celebrity patients relapse is they return to work prematurely."

Slow down, Lindsay. One day at a time.

He's already lost his driver's license, and now X17 has exclusively learned Jermaine Jackson's passport has also been confiscated, leaving him stranded in Africa with no way back to the US ... unless he forks over $91,921 in unpaid child support.

The singer's passport was recovered by immigration authorities in Burkina Faso at the request of the US after officials noticed he'd left the country, headed in that direction. To make matters worse, the passport was expired at the US won't renew it until he pays his baby mama the money he owes.

To recap: Jermaine married Alejandra after she already dated and had two children with Jermaine's brother, Randy. Jermaine and Alejandra then wed and had two kids, and no one seems to want to pay for them. Katherine can't foot the bill any longer, so Alejandra has reportedly threatened to write a tell-all book about the Jackson's, since she and her kids have been recently evicted from the Encino compound.

A source close to the situation tells X17online exclusively:

"She is threatening to expose the family with her tell-all book, but there's nothing she knows that's not out there already. What is she going to write about, sleeping with two of the Jackson brothers? She's had a free ride for 18 years and everyone’s been good to her. By writing this book, she'll only make herself look bad."

We've also learned Katherine Jackson tried very hard to organize a new living space for Alejandra before she was kicked out, but the baby mama turned her nose up at the spread. Our source tells us:

"Katherine worked so hard picking out furniture for the condo she arranged for Alejandra and her grandchildren. She loves her grandchildren and she doesn’t want to put them thorough this. She had the condo all set up, and Alejandra was going to receive $3000 a month from the estate to help her out, but the condo wasn't good enough. She told Katherine it was too small and she didn't want to live there. She wants to stay in the Encino home. She's put up such a fight, eviction papers had to be served or she'd never leave. Now she has no condo, no monthly payout, and she's on her own. We think she took an advance for her tell-all book from a publishing company, so she could get some quick cash for a new place to live."

Producers of The Kennedys miniseries starring Katie Holmes and Greg Kinnear were told by A&E Television Networks yesterday of the channels plans to cancel broadcast of the ambitious show slated to air this spring on the History Channel.

"Upon completion of the production of The Kennedys, History has decided not ot air the 8-part miniseries on the network," a rep for the channel told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement. "While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand."

The multi-million dollar project -- the network's most expensive program ever -- has be drowned in controversy since it began. A New York Times story last February featured quotes from John F. Kennedy adviser Theodore Sorenson, who called an early version of the scrip "vindictive" and "malicious."

The report says no advertisers had complained by that the miniseries' interpretation didn't meet the strict historical accuracy standards of the network.

“We recognize historical fiction is an important medium for storytelling and commend all the hard work and passion that has gone into the making of the series, but ultimately deem this as the right programming decision for our network,” a rep tells THR in the statement.

The show is still set to air in Canada and internationally.

Lindsay Lohan is getting back to work now that she's out of Betty Ford, and her next venture could possibly be designing a jewelry collection with famed jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad in Beverly Hills. The 24-year-old starlet just left his showroom.

Pascal has designed jewerly with a number of Hollywood starlets....including Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson.

A source close to Pascal tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay wants to start fresh. She and Pascal have been friends for over a year, and he wants to do business with her. He loves to help people when they're going through hard times. If anyone can help Lindsay make a good business move, it's Pascal."

As a gift, Mouawad gave Lilo a heart-shaped 10.10 carat diamond Rosette necklace worth $25,000. Looks like Linds couldn't wait to put it on!
