Justin Timberlake is thrilled that fans are eagerly anticipating his new music, but the SexyBack singer wants it to be HIS music that they're listening to.

The song Take You Down recently hit the web and immediately the track was called Justin's comeback single. However, JT's manager, Sonia Muckle is setting the record straight.

In a statement, Muckle says:

"Justin has no involvement with either the song or the artist," his management company said in a statement. But [he] wants to assure his fans that when he releases new music, they will be the first to know."

Turns out Take You Down is the work of Danish artist Rasmus Thude. As for Justin, he's been busy filming several movies including Friends With Benefits with Mila Kunis and the futuristic film Now with Amanda Seyfried.

Although we love seeing Justin on the big screen, we can't wait to listen to what JT does best ... make music!

While covering the February issue of Vanity Fair Magazine, Justin Bieber talks about his booming career, girls and his love for the King of Pop.

“Michael [Jackson] was able to reach audiences from young to old; he never limited himself. He was so broad, everybody loved him, and that’s what my goal is—to basically make people happy, to inspire them, and to have everyone root for me.”

Biebs says when it comes to sneaking his girlfriend in for visits, "I've feel like I've become an expert at covert operations." You go, boy! As for the way girls think of his looks, Justin adds,

“Not trying to be arrogant, but if I walked down the street and a girl saw me, she might take a look back because maybe I’m good-looking, right?”

The teen sensation, who was given a Lamborghini Gallardo as a gift from P. Diddy, reveals that he suffers from insomnia, telling the mag:

“I’m crazy, I’m nuts. Just the way my brain works. I’m not normal. I think differently—my mind is always racing. I’m just … nuts. I just turn over all night and think. My mind races. I think about all the things I didn’t have time to think about during the day—like family and God and things that should be more important ... I know I’m not going to make a life-changing bad decision, as some people have. I’ve seen it happen too many times. I could be my own worst enemy, but I don’t want to mess this up."

Uh-oh! Does this mean LiLo isn't in the clear yet?

Despite the fact that Lindsay Lohan has been released from Betty Ford (and moving in next door to ex Samantha Ronson's Venice home), the troubled starlet might still be in violation of her probation.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Lohan's alleged altercation with former BF staff member Dawn Holland on December 12th is under investigation.

Holland has said that she will "no longer be cooperating with the investigation and does not wish to have charges filed," but the sheriff's office continues to investigate.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department released the following statement about the matter:

"This case however will be submitted to the District Attorney’s office as the investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery. A copy of this investigation will be forwarded to the Los Angeles Probation Office. It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the District Attorney’s office later this week."

Lindsay's probation is scheduled to run through August 2011.

Judge Elden Fox has previously stated that if Lohan violated the rules of her probation before her February 25th court date, Linds will be sent to jail for 180 days.

A year and a half after Michael Jackson's death, Dr. Conrad Murray, aka the man allegedly responsible for killing the King of Pop, is getting a preliminary hearing to determine whether there is enough evidence to send the case to trial. The hearing is set to begin within a few hours.

We spoke with Mr. Joe Jackson who is currently stuck in Las Vegas trying to get a flight out for the hearing today. We asked Michael's dad what he thinks of Murray's defense claiming that his son killed himself with a fatal dose of propofol.

Joe tells X17online exclusively:

"No! He had too much responsibility. He's a Jackson, he doesn't think like that. One month before he died he told Katherine THEY were going to kill him for his publishing catalogue. He said THEY were going to kill him. Why would he kill himself?"

As for what he thinks will happen to Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson adds:

"They're going to get the doctor off."

The trial is expected to last two weeks, with both sides presenting strong cases for what they are trying to prove happened on the morning of June 25, 2009. X17online has learned Mr. Jackson is expected to be at the hearing tomorrow.

Update: 9:11am - Los Angeles County Prosecutor David Walgren gives opening statement, announces a number of witnesses will be called to testify to the vents leading up to June 25, 2009

Update: 9:36am - The first witness, Kenny Ortega, is called to the stand. He admits: Michael did not appear well at all, he was chilled, he was not in the kind of condition to be at rehearsal, he did not seem well enough to be there. He optned out of rehearsals, he wanted to sit out and watch rehearsal instead.

Update: 10:52am - The second witness Michael Amir Williams Muhammad, Jackson's personal assistant is called to the stand. He says he worked for Jackson for two years explained his duties, and was then cross examined by Murray's attorneys.

Update: 11:30am - Muhammad says Dr. Murray asked him to drive back to the Carolwood estate after MJ died, so that the public could not discover a special cream MJ used. The assistant says he lied to Conrad and said he gave cops the house keys. Murray then said he was starving because he had not eaten all night, and wanted to go back and get food. Phone records were then discussed.

Update: 12:00pm - Court breaks for lunch

Update: 1:30pm - Court back in session. Third witness Faheem Muhammad, Jackson's personal driver on the night of June 24 and June 25, is called to the stand to testify.

Update: 3:30pm - Faheem Muhammad asked if he ever was fingerprinted by the cross examination. The lawyer for Dr. Murray hinted at the facts all 3 of today's witnesses were connected and the "family gained control of the home later on Jan. 25"

Update: 4:00pm - Court is adjourned

A preliminary hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court has begun to determine whether there is enough evidence to send the Michael Jackson manslaughter case to trial.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the Houston cardiologist who also has a clinic in Las Vegas, could face a prison sentence of up to four years and the revocation of his medical license, if he is convicted of killing the King of Pop.

Murray was hired by AEG a month before Jackson died, and was paid a generous $150,000 per month to act as his personal physician while the superstar performed a 50 show tour in London's O2 arena. He now stands accused of involuntary manslaughter after lethal doses of propofol were found in the Michael Jackson's body upon his death on June 25, 2009.

Prosecutors have scheduled 30 witnesses to testify at the hearing before Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor, which could last a minimum of two weeks.

This looks to be the beginning of a long and lengthy trial for Dr. Murray and the entire Jackson family.

Michael Lohan is doing everything he can to help daughter Lindsay now that she's out of Betty Ford .... including helping her move in to her new Venice Beach pad.

As for protecting Lindsay, Michael is already keeping his guard up. Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I can certainly understand why Lindsay wouldn't want people to know when she was getting out. Proof is what the Beverly Hills organizer Linda did by bringing a camera crew in tow to move Lindsay to her new apartment. In essence, this woman violated Lindsay's privacy, safety and the trust Lindsay had for her. How sick is it. People are already using her."

Hugh Jackman has gotten himself into a hairy situation!
