Prior to taking a break to seek treatment, David Arquette celebrated the new year over the weekend in style at the Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

The 39-year-old actor, along with fellow comedian and partner Jeff Beacher, hosted a "Sneak Peek" of their vaudeville-inspired club which doesn't officially open until February 14. X17online exclusively has learned Arquette was "sober all night" during the celebrity-packed New Year's Eve bash.

Although Beacher's Madhouse hasn't opened to the public, the club has already hosted numerous star-studded events for private celebrity parties including the recent movie premiere after-party for Black Swan.



Just this morning, David's estranged wife Courteney Cox said the following, "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him."

Arquette is reportedly seeking treatment at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage.

Christina Milian is breaking her silence about how she felt after learning her now ex-husband, Terius "The-Dream" Nash, was having an affair with his assistant during their marriage.

The 29-year-old singer, who gave birth to their daughter Violet last year, tells Latina Magazine:

"I’ve been to hell and back, but I survived. I tried to be someone I wasn’t because I wanted my marriage to work. But ultimately, if it’s not working, it’s not working."

As for the affair itself, Milian adds, "I didn’t know anything. But looking back, my gut was telling me something was off. But I thought I could fix it.”

Milian and Nash were married on September 4, 2009, and split ten months later in July 2010.

It was rumored Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville banished the newly-engaged couple from an A-list Cabo bash with attendees like George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprio.

But with all the excitement going on in Rimes' life right now, we're pretty sure she didn't care too much about the invite, and really, who wants to go to a party your new fiance's ex-wife is attending, considering the circumstances?
