Who sent an invite to Kellan Lutz and John Mayer telling them near-reflected dark suits were dress code of the opening the Cosmopolitan's New Year's Eve party in Vegas last night?

If YOU were invited to the opening of the biggest hotel and casino on the strip -- a concert with Jay-Z and Coldplay and half of Hollywood flown in to celebrate would YOU were either of these suits???

At least John Mayer redeemed himself, jumping on stage for an impromptu performance including a crazy guitar accompaniment for Jay-Z's 99 Problems.

Other highlights of the night included Coldplay's super rendition of Yellow and a duet with Jay-Z and surprise performer Kanye West. Beyonce jumped on stage to sing Forever Young with her hubby. And Jay-Z, Kanye and Chris Martin sang Homecoming as a Trio.

Who ISN'T in St. Barth this New Year's?!!

English action film hunk Jason Statham brought his ridiculously gorgeous girlfriend, Terminator 3 (and Megan Fox replacement) Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to St. Barth for a little sun and fun and when we saw them pull out of the harbor yesterday, their Contender seemed to take them to the same Philippe Starck-designed "A" yacht Demi and Ashton are staying on!



These two were at Roman Abramovich's big blowout last night, enjoying the musical stylings of the Black Eyed Peas into the wee hours of the morning.

The Peas played a set of about 10 tunes including I Gotta Feeling, The Time (Dirty Bit), Imma Be, Boom Boom Pow, Rock That Body, Let's Get It Started, and Where Is The Love?.

A source inside the party tells X17online exclusively: "It was the most star studded, chic, other-worldly event I've ever been too. You're on this $90-million beachfront property on St. Barth, surrounded by stars, eating the most delicious lobster, shipping Cristal champagne and listening to a private concert by the Black Eyed Peas. There is NO better way to ring in the new year!"

Omarosa is supposed to be looking for love on her dating show on TV One but in reality, it seems she's already found it in Oscar nominee Michael Clark Duncan!

The pair went to a Clippers game last night and were all smiles for our cameras even though Omarosa's gotta keep her relationship on the DL so her "reality" show appears to be a real search for a new man.
