Yesterday Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick went shopping at Polacheck's Jewelers in Calabasas, and that may be a small bag, but we're guessing these two shelled out a few Gs at the store yesterday snapping up holiday gifts. Gotta love that reality TV money...

Later in the afternoon we caught Kourt at Rite Aid, and even though the rain washed away her makeup, she was looking gorgeous as ever!

Eric Bana, Cate Blanchett and newcomer Saoirse Ronan star in Hanna, and after watching this trailer, we've added it to our top five must see movies of 2011.

Hanna is a teenage girl whose father (Bana) trained her to be an assassin, but things go awry when her father takes off and an intelligence operative (Blanchett) swoops her up and takes her in to custody. Check it out!

Kim Kardashian is 30 years old, and who says you can't celebrate your birthday being held upside down, by your thighs, doing a keg stand?

While partying in Las Vegas, Ms. Kardashian and some gal pals got the party started in their swanky hotel room. No worries, mom Kris Jenner was right there to make sure everything went smoothly.

Real Housewives Of New York star Bethenny Frankel gave it her all, but in the end it was All My Children actress Rebecca Budig who was crowned the winner of ABC's Skating With The Stars.

Budig credited her partner Fred Palascak and gushed, "I'm just shocked. I owe all of this to Fred, who is an unbelievable teacher."

So how did Frankel feel about coming at number two? "Rebecca totally deserves it. She should be a real ice skater," she said after the season finale.

Dawn Holland, the staffer who was allegedly attacked by Lindsay Lohan at the Betty Ford Center, has been fired for breaking patient confidentiality rules.

Holland says she lost her job for making a financial agreement with TMZ for an interview which violated HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws, according to RadarOnline.com. Holland confirmed to Radar that TMZ paid her at least $10,000 for an interview as well as pictures of her injuries.

Betty Ford Center spokesman, Russ Patrick, addressed Holland's dismissal:

“In the three decades since our doors opened to patients, the Betty Ford Center and its employees have respected the privacy of all our patients. Regrettably, on December 21, 2010, one of our employees violated patient confidentiality by talking to the media and by disclosing a privileged document. That employee has been terminated by the Betty Ford Center.”

As a result of violating HIPAA laws as a healthcare worker, Holland, who worked as a clinical technician, could face criminal prosecution.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, released the following statement to X17online:

"At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation. It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred."

The police investigation on the battery charges against Lindsay are still ongoing.

Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus are currently shooting So Undercover in New Orleans, and the ladies have bonded quite a bit since production began.

The girls went to local club Republic the day after Miley's infamous bong video surfaced on the web, and it seems like Kelly is getting some flack for hanging out with the 18-year-old starlet. Kelly wants to set the record straight, so she took to her Twitter account last night, writing:

"Just read in the rags that apparently my mum thinks Miley is a bad influence on me. It could not be farther from the truth! ... Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights. Miley and I have become really close. I'm sick of all the haters judging her."

Kelly added that Miley made "one mistake, and trust me she has learned her lesson! This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her!" Kelly then posted a picture of her and Cyrus about to devour some delicious cupcakes, writing, "This is how I'm a bad influence on Miley...I force her to eat cupcakes so I don't feel so bad about eating one!"
