Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland is speaking out about her recent altercation with rehabilitating starlet Lindsay Lohan...

The employee reveals to TMZ that on Sunday, December 12th, Lindsay and two roommates arrived home late at night after curfew - the group even tried to jump a wall to avoid being seen!

Holland claims she was called to perform a breathalyzer test on Lindsay and company, "which Lindsay refused to do. She was very angry, out of control."

Holland then says that Lindsay pushed her and went inside the house (where she was staying) and called 911. Holland then picked up another phone inside the house to speak with 911, but Lindsay "kept yelling and cursing and screaming" in the background.

Finally, Holland claims Lindsay "tried to snatch the phone out of my arm. She grabbed my wrist and snatched it down and twisted my arm and my hand."

Holland - who now wears a cast due to a "severe sprain" - then went to the emergency room and is currently on workers' comp.

And had Lindsay definitely been drinking that night? "She had alcohol on her breath," says Holland.

Furthermore, Holland insists she "did not touch" Lindsay.

The 24-year-old starlet recently moved to a different sober house - still run by Betty Ford, but a different house with a different staff - and ditched the BF security team for a private team. This incident is likely the motivating reason behind both changes.

Nicole Kidman is busy promoting her critically acclaimed film Rabbit Hole, about a couple whose son is killed in a car accident, and Kidman often brings up what it means to be a mom to Sunday Rose, her two-year-old daughter with hubby Keith Urban...

But the actress has two other kids as well! Connor and Isabella, her adopted children with ex husband Tom Cruise.

"They live with Tom, which was their choice," Kidman reveals to Hello! Magazine. "I'd love them to live with us, but what can you do?"

Cruise resides in LA mainly while Kidman lives in Nashville.

The Rabbit Hole star also said the following to the AP: "It took me so long to get pregnant and have a baby, so I have enormous gratitude. I have two grown children with that enormous gratitude that they are healthy and sane and together and are great, great people. So I’m not one of those people that needs to be reminded of what I have."

Does that mean she hardly ever sees her adopted kids? And if so, is she truly happier or sadder because of it?

Stormy weather in Paris may have forced Lady Gaga to cancel her show, but rain didn't stop the performer from wearing as little as possible while doing some shopping. Check out those heavily-bruised legs. Yikes! She definitely works hard for the money.

Angelina Jolie just received some controversial attention for her current flick, The Tourist - not only was the thriller nominated for Best Picture in the Musical/Comedy category at the Golden Globes, Jolie herself was also nominated for Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy.

The Tourist was pretty much panned by critics everywhere and has disappointed at the box office... but the opposite happened with Angie's earlier 2010 film Salt! That thriller earned $118 million at the domestic box office and far better reviews.

Both films are under the same studio umbrella - Sony Pictures - so it's possible to assume that Salt's DVD release today was carefully planned to remind the media and public at large that, in addition to The Tourist, Angelina Jolie has already starred in a critically and commercially successful film this year.

At the very least, the studio probably intended December to be a Jolie-centric month!

Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw's music video for “Me and Tennessee” has hit the web, and not only does the Oscar winner belt out yet another stellar song, but this tune was written by her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Paltrow plays a washed up country star attempting to revive her career after a stint in rehab, and the film has generated quite a bit of buzz with critics. Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester and the delicious Garrett Hedlund also appear in the video, and we can't wait to see more of them when the movie hits theaters on January 7.
