Michael Lohan is shooting down reports that claim Sam Lutfi has been stalking 24-year-old daughter Lindsay Lohan.

Lutfi, who was close to Britney Spears around the time she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, has been communicating with Lilo, but Lindsay's dad wants to clear the air regarding, what he calls, lies.

As for Sam reportedly stalking Linds, Michael Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"No, not at all. Communicating, yes. But stalking no way. Has hasn't even been to Palm Springs. The stalking was done by someone around the sober house Lindsay lives in. Sam, like others, including me, has been the victim of a smear campaign so people could control Britney, just as it was done to me with Lindsay. Do the math. Are people that stupid and blind?"

Sam Lutfi has denied sending threatening messages to Lindsay, including ones in which he supposedly pretends to be someone else. However, we've been told that Lindsay and Sam have been talking.

Michael goes on to tell X17online, "I blame Dina for not making peace with me for the sake of our children ... using them and polluting their minds. But I am still willing to forgive her."

During his final show on CNN, Larry King enjoyed the company of friends and colleagues that wished him well.

For his final words on Larry King Live, the host said the following:

“You’re not going to see me go away, but you’re not going to see me on this set anymore. … I don’t know what to say except to you, my audience, thank you, and instead of goodbye, how about so long?"

After the taping ended, King joined beautiful wife Shawn Southwick and celebrity friends at Spago Beverly Hills for the wrap party.



With a red lipstick mark on this cheek, looks like Mr. King enjoyed himself!

Last night Ashlee Simpson attended the launch preview of black 15in1 at the Andy Lecompte Salon in Los Angeles, and the skinny starlet mingled with stars like Odette Yustman, Jessica Stroup, Mena Suvari, Taryn Manning and Vanessa Minnillo. Wait, Vanessa Minnillo?! Think the event coordinators had to keep these two away from each other? After the snide yet hilarious comments Jessica Simpson made about Nick Lachey's lady love, we can't imagine her sister is a fan!

After the event was over, Ashlee met up with hubby Pete Wentz for dinner at Beso, but we're not sure whether she actually ate anything...

After it was announced that Dexter actors Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter were getting a divorce, rumors began to pop up that co-star Julia Stiles was the reason behind their shocking split.

Not so, says Stiles, and she released the following statement on the matter:

"I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together. This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy. Although I too prefer to keep my private life private, I felt compelled to dispel the rumors I was somehow the cause for this matter."

Jennifer Carpenter filed her petition for divorce today, and according to court documents, she lists their date of separation is listed as August 9, 2010. Carpenter cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and she is asking for spousal support and for attorney's fees.

Hot daddy Mark-Paul Gosselaar took his kids for a spin on the ice at LA Live's Disney On Ice Presents "Let's Celebrate!" benefitting The Starlight Children's Foundation.

The former Saved By The Bell actor, who split from wife of 14 years Lisa Ann Russell back in June, spent quality time ice skating with their two kids Michael and Ava.

Mark-Paul hasn't played Zack Morris in over a decade, but that sexy smile of his still makes us melt!
