After weeks of denying that he and wife Mariah Carey are expecting twins, Nick Cannon is finally ready to tell the word that two babies are definitely on the way!

On his 92.3 Now radio show, Cannon, 30, confirmed the news telling listeners:

"In order for my wife and I to have our life, we need to be up front and I need to be able to share things with you and be real. I didn't even tell my wife I was gonna do this," he admitted. "I'm probably gonna get yelled at for not getting permission...We are having twins!"

Nick also says that the Obamas were the first to hear the news. He adds:

"They actually even questioned my wife about [the twins]. She hadn't told anybody anything! Because of the excitement and emotion, she shared [the news] with the President and the First Lady."

As for why he and Carrey, 40, kept news of the twins a secret, Cannon says, "That was something that we were advised to keep close to ourselves."

So happy for them!

From now on, she will go nowhere without full-time security. We're trying to find out who this guy is because when we do, he'll be arrested. Lindsay is freaked out by this whole thing. We have no choice but to move her to a new location."

Until recently, the 24-year-old starlet has been hanging out with friends, going shopping and making daily coffee runs. Our source adds, "That's all going to change."

Actress Lindsay Lohan will still be rehabilitating in California during Christmas, so her family has to come to her. And that includes mom, dad and siblings, right?

Dina Lohan is reportedly venturing out west with Lindsay's sister Ali and brothers Michael and Cody to spend the holidays with the Hollywood starlet, and it looks like father Michael Lohan isn't invited along.

"I find it really inappropriate that Dina would make a comment about not including me in the family's holiday plans. I wonder, what's in her heart to be so cruel? I wonder if she is just flexing her muscles for her stint on Dancing With the Stars? I guess we'll just have to see how happy this holiday turns out... I plan and sure hope to see all of my children this Christmas, including Lindsay. Isn't that the spirit of the holidays anyway?"

It's well known that LiLo recently reconciled with her father - after all, she already spent Thanksgiving with him (and Samantha Ronson). Why should Xmas be any different? Linds needs all the support she can get!

Besides, isn't Lindsay's relationship with her mom on the rocks?
