Lindsay Lohan's bod is looking absolutely amazing -- rehab is really looking good on her.

That said, we're wondering if it's checking out her own body that put that smile on her face or maybe what's in that bag?

Photographers on the scene tell us the bad looked like a pharmacy paper bag and that it appeared to be full of pills.

Lindsay's dad Michael has been very vocal about his desire for his daughter to get off any and all medication - even prescribed pills that some doctors might say would help in her recovery. Certainly many drug and alcohol treatment facility has psychiatrists on staff to diagnose and treat (many times with drugs) various ailments like depressions, schizophrenia and other dual diagnosis-type problems that tend to accompany substance abuse.

Do you think Lindsay is still taking drugs, just better ones? Is there such thing as a "better" drug?

Madonna's new boyfriend, 24-year-old French b-boy dancer Brahim Zaibat, says things with the pop star "have not gone very fast ... but things have happened in order."

When X17online broke the news the two were dating, reports immediately criticized the couple because Zaibat is a devout Muslim and Madonna, an avowed follower of the Jewish sect Kabbalah and because of the extreme age different between the two of 28 years.

Zaibat told France's Grazia magazine the two met at a fashion show for Madonna's fashion line she created with her daughter Lourdes, Material Girl. Zaibat was hired as a solo dancer to breakdance on the runway stage. Apparently things get steadily more serious but the dancer says it wasn't premeditated to have their affair go public: "It wasn't her deliberate decision and it wasn't mine. We were in a club and we were seen dancing together ... nothing was calculated by us. We had a nice night together without thinking that there might be paparazzi there."

When asked who wears the pants in the relationship, Brahim said: "I'm learning a great deal about how she manages her own affairs. I'm an apprentice!"

Nicole Richie has a book out right now that she's promoting but Ellen DeGeneres found a more interesting topic to pursue with the superstar -- the paparazzi who follow her and keep her in the headlines. Brilliant marketing move for the "novel!"

So anyway, here's how a portion of the interview went (to air on Monday -- after her wedding???):

Ellen: You've been in the news lately with the headlines about the paparazzi situation. And especially with kids. I think it's really dangerous. People don't understand. I think a lot of people like looking at pictures of celebrities in magazines. They don't know the cost of that. The price that we pay. Tell everybody what's happening.

Nicole: Well, recently, there was a certain photographer, paparazzi, that was trespassing on my daughter's school. I don't want to prevent anyone from making a living but at the end of the day, we all have to follow certain guidelines and we all have to answer to somebody. At the end of the day as a mother, I have to protect my children. It's instinctual, right or wrong, you have to protect your children.

Ellen: Did you win?

Nicole: Yes.

[The judge told both parties to settle outside and not to waste taxpayers' money! ... Won?]

Ellen: Good. There has to be stricter laws enforced because they really just do anything they want. It's not safe. Especially your kid's school. It should not be allowed.
Nicole: Exactly. Like I said, there are certain guidelines for everyone. For you. For me. For everyone. And it has to be the same for everyone. We all have to be safe.

Ellen: Well, I'm glad you won the case. Thank you for fighting it.

Either Nicole Richie is getting ready for a fairytale wedding at her father Lionel's Beverly Hills pad this weekend, or she's spending a lot of time and money planning a decoy event!

Today X17 photographers spotted trucks coming and going to Lionel Richie's Beverly Hills mansion, and workers were seen unloading boards to make a platform in the backyard for the guests. X17online broke the news that Nicole Richie was planning to wed baby daddy Joel Madden the first weekend of December, and given all her trips to the gym (not to mention countless meetings with a wedding planner) it looks like Nicole is more than ready to walk down the aisle.

Kardashian Konfidential snagged the #4 spot for the week of December 12, so congrats to the girls!

Angelina Jolie and a bearded Brad Pitt dined at the Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris on Thursday evening, and even though Hollywood's golden couple was bombarded by photographers and fans on the way out, they couldn't seem to hide their smiles. Wonder what Brad did to make their dinner so special? Or maybe the duo were just incredibly satisfied with the traditional French cuisine?

Paris Hilton was spotted out with her adorable pooch Peter Pan at mall this afternoon, and we can't get over how cuuuuuute this pint-sized critter is!

The heiress has been busy working on her new reality television show, and when she's not focused on building her empire and spoiling her pets with attention, it seems like she's been getting all smoochy and snuggly with her boyfriend Cy Waits. Such a perfect life!

In her continuing efforts to make sure photographers don't make a dime off of her, Nicole Richie wore the exact same all-black ensemble for the 5th day in a row! The starlet (who, oddly enough, was able to launch her career courtesy of the paparazzi) has worn the exact same outfit to the gym all week. We hope she's washing her spandex in between cardio sessions ... or maybe she's using some of her magazine cover dough to buy 20 pairs of the same workout pants?

But here's our question: Are a few more trips to the gym really going to make all the difference for Nicole Richie's wedding pictures? I mean, she's already got a fairly decent figure, so methinks it might be best for her to relax and focus on hair, makeup and her wedding dress!
