Harvey Weinstein and James Toback are being investigated by the Beverly Hills Police Department amid claims of sexual misconduct, the bureau announced yesterday.

"The Beverly Hills Police Department has recently received multiple complaints involving Harvey Weinstein. These cases are under investigation and no further information will be released at this time,” the police department confirmed in a Facebook post. They posted the same statement with James Toback's name as well.

Both the producer and the director have denied any wrongdoing, but multiple women have come forward to accuse them of sexual harassment and assault.

"I’ve struggled seriously to make movies with very little money, that I write, that I direct, that mean my life to me. The idea that I would offer a part to anyone for any other reason than that he or she was gonna be the best of anyone I could find is so disgusting to me. And anyone who says it is a lying c–ksucker or c–t or both. Can I be any clearer than that?” Toback told Rolling Stone.

We hope they get what they deserve!

It looked like quite the soiree!

Kendall Jenner hosted a Halloween birthday bash at Delilah nightclub in West Hollywood last night, and the supermodel sexed it up in a green bra to be Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls. That's a random costume!

She brought out a bunch of big names, including sister Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Younes Bendjima, Hailey Baldwin, and G-Eazy and his girlfriend Halsey.

Where was her boyfriend Blake Griffin, though? The two are officially a couple, but it looks like he stayed home to trick-or-treat with his kids.

Normally Kylie and Khloe would have been in attendance, but they're too busy hiding out and being pregnant!

Wendy Williams fainted on live TV during this morning's taping of the Wendy Williams Show, and the way that it all played out was terrifying. Dressed as a green Statue of Liberty for Halloween, the TV host began slurring her words before swaying back and forth and promptly crashing to the ground.

The cameras cut to commercial, and the crew ran on stage to help her. Six minutes went by before Wendy returned and explained what caused the scary incident.

"That was not a stunt. I’m overheated in my costume and I did pass out. But you know what, I’m a champ, and I’m back!” she said.

"Wendy is feeling much better. She overheated because of her heavy costume, makeup, and lights. She was able to finish the show in true Wendy spirit. She will address the incident on tomorrow’s show," a rep for the show told People.

We're not doctors, but we know enough to recommend she see a neurologist STAT! The slurred speech is what is really concerning, as that could be a sign of a brain tumor or another very serious issue.

Caitlyn Jenner is dating 21-year-old trans model and student Sophia Hutchins, Radar reports. The two have been spotted together on several occasions in the last month, and Hutchins joined the I Am Cait star on her recent trip to Cabo.

If you look at Hutchins' Instagram page, you'll see a lot of pictures of her lounging in Cait's bedroom, cooking in her kitchen, and spending time at the same places as the Olympian, and all signs point to romance!

Cait has never revealed her true sexual preference since she transitioned, but it seems even now that she's a woman, she still loves the ladies!

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck went about their normal routine yesterday in Brentwood, and while the actress looked refreshed grabbing coffee, her ex appeared to be exhausted as he headed to rehab.

We wonder if the Oscar winner has run his plans to move in with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus by his former spouse? The lovebirds were recently spotted house hunting in Santa Monica, and we'd be pissed if the father of our children moved his mistress-turned-partner into our neighborhood!

Sources tell us the mother-of-three has made it very clear she doesn't want Ben introducing the kids to the SNL producer, but she knows that if their relationship is already this serious, chances are she will be their stepmom eventually.

A source tells X17:

"Jen is trying to take things day by day. If she thinks of Ben and Lindsay playing one big happy family with her own kids, she gets overcome with emotion and sadness, so she's trying not to get ahead of herself. The fact that Ben and Lindsay were house hunting recently though makes her a little concerned. It's become clear that Lindsay isn't going anywhere, and now she's trying to adjust to the possibility that the woman who broke up her marriage could be her kids' future stepmom."

The holiday is off to a good start!

Celebs are getting in the spirit of Halloween, and the Today co-hosts went above and beyond with their costumes! The group went with a country theme this year, and we can't decide whose ensemble we like the most!

Carson Daly rocked a mullet to be Billy Ray Cyrus, Megyn Kelly donned a sexy corset to be Shania Twain, Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb were brave enough to wear facial hair to be Kenny Rogers and Blake Shelton, Kathy Lee Gifford was Miley, and Matt Lauer went full drag to transform into Dolly Parton! We think Al Roker as Willie Nelson might be our fave, though!

The funniest get-up by far was Ellen Degeneres, who was "Karla Kardashian," the long lost K sister. She wore a leopard body suit, a fake pregnant belly, a blonde wig and gold necklaces, and it's the best thing we've ever seen! She even brought out Kourtney and Kendall to get in on the joke!

We love this time of year!

Kevin Spacey came out of the closet yesterday after actor Anthony Rapp claimed he sexually assaulted him back when he was only 14, and now another accuser is coming forward to expose the Oscar winner's inappropriate sexual misconduct.

Filmmaker Tony Montana claims the House of Cards star touched his genitals and tried to coerce him into a sexual encounter at a Hollywood bar back in 2003.

“I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me. He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar. He put his hand on my crotch forcefully and grabbed my whole package," Montana told Radar. "I put my hand down and turned his thumb back to get his hand off it. I paid for my drink and got away from him," he added.

It didn't end there, though. The A-list star followed him to the bathroom! "I backed him out the door and I pushed him. One of his friends was in line and I said, ‘It’s time to take your boy home.' They all ended up leaving," he explained.

The incident caused Montana years of mental anguish.

"I never talked to anyone about it except for therapists. I had PTSD for six months after. It was an emasculating thing for someone to do to me. Whenever I went to the bar I would see if he was there or have my back against the wall. This wasn’t something people were talking about openly. It still feels awkward. I still feel what I felt then. I put it into the back of my mind until I saw him come forward. When you’re trying to accomplish something in the industry, you have things that inspire you, that can help move you forward. You have set backs and haunted experiences. No matter what happens you have to keep going," he revealed.

She doesn't seem to be too concerned about her love life making headlines!

Selena Gomez and her assistant went for a bike ride yesterday, and when they passed a local high school, students immediately spotted the singer and flew into a frenzy! The songstress sang along to her new song "Wolves" on the outing and appeared carefree, and we have a feeling she's in a good mood because things with Justin Bieber are heating up. She's certainly not crying over her breakup with The Weeknd!

SG and JB have been spending a lot of time together since reconciling after the "Sorry" crooner reached out following her kidney transplant this summer, and apparently, he's trying his best to prove he's a changed man in the hopes she will give their relationship another shot.

"Justin is aware Selena’s family is not thrilled they are hanging out. They think he caused Selena a lot of grief. Justin hopes he can prove to them that he has changed. He has changed a lot in the past few months. He is a very different person. They have a lot to talk about and are having fun catching up," a source dished to People.

It doesn't sound like it will be too hard to win her over, either.

"Justin always had her heart and attention. He was always her soulmate and her one true love. Selena and Justin realized it was time to grow past their history and move on. They’ve grown up a lot in the past couple of years and are mature about the situation. It’s definitely a possibility that they could get back together.
