Lindsay Lohan is living at a sober house and attending hours of classes and meetings at Betty Ford every day, but for the second time this month she's managed to get a temporary leave from rehab, this time for Thanksgiving with her family. We snapped the starlet leaving Palm Springs this morning, and she wasn't in the mood for pictures but we're guessing she was excited to get out of the desert for the day!

Lilo was recently allowed a day pass to visit her West Hollywood apartment and do a photo shoot, and a source tells X17online that Betty Ford has given Lindsay a 15-hour day pass to leave the rehab facility today, and she will be at her apartment.

The recovering starlet will spend turkey day with her father, Michael Lohan, which isn't surprising as the two have been bonding quite a bit more in recent weeks.

"Lindsay really wants to go home to LA for the holiday," says our source. "She wants to be back in her own space and feel like she's free again even if she's knows it's just temporary until after the beginning of the year."

Ellen Pompeo was snapped running to her yoga class in the valley yesterday, and the Grey's Anatomy star looked like she had already spent some time at the gym! Maybe she was tired? Or perhaps she needed a swig of her tasty coconut water?

Playboy hottie Karissa Shannon and boyfriend/sex tape partner Sam Jones III were spotted buying a turkey, a ham and several other Thanksgiving necessities at Ralphs in Hollywood, but we didn't see any stuffing in their cart! Hmm, maybe that's already been taken care of?

Katie Holmes and her beautiful daughter Suri went to the Flower Mart in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, and the ladies spent quite a bit of time picking out the perfect floral arrangement.

Judging by her expressions, we're guessing Suri would have rather been shopping for fancy celebritot clothes or dining at a swanky eatery, and it looks like she got her wish! After accompanying mom to the florist, the duo stopped by Teuscher in Beverly Hills to load up on sweets, and even though Suri seemed a bit frightened by a homeless man, the sugar pit stop definitely put a smile on her face:
