Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker have "split" after three years of marriage, according to a new Us Weekly report.

After apparently false reports yesterday that Tony filed for divorce from the Desperate Housewives actress, the couple's rep told X17online first that claims of a divorce filing were "100% false."

Well, despite the absence of the divorce filing, the couple seems headed down that path ... Us reports Eva plans to file "soon." The mag claims to have multiple sources that say Eva recently discovered her husband had been exchanging "personal" texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year.

"Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," says one source who also tells the mag Tony confessed to the sexy texts which took place for nearly a year after Eva first confronted him.

A call to the couple's rep this morning has not yet been returned.

The TV show must be oh so draining. Acting = hard work! Leighton Meester looked exhausted on the Gossip Girl set in New York on Tuesday afternoon. Tired... or bored? After all, Leighton is battling co-star Blake Lively to be the next TV star turned movie star.

Leighton appears alongside Gwyneth Paltrow in the upcoming Country Strong and next year stars in college thriller The Roommate. Meanwhile, Blake currently co-stars in the acclaimed The Town and next summer takes on a leading role in Green Lantern.

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow got her song and dance on in Glee's amazing episode tonight! As substitute teacher Holly Holiday, Gwyn drinks red wine while watching Hoarders with Sue Sylvester, does her best Mary Todd Lincoln impression to teach her students and, oh right, performs a bunch of hits!

There's her memorably catchy take on "Forget You" (which used to be "F*** You"), an intriguing "Umbrella"/"Singin' in the Rain" mashup and finally the "Nowadays"/"Hot Honey Rag" duet from Chicago.

Sure, this episode was about as opposite in tone from last week's ep as possible, but who cares? Gwyneth breathed new life into the show and we're beyond thrilled!

Even though Brandy earned a perfect score for her Argentine tango on Monday, tonight she was sent packing!

Moving to the finals are Kyle Massey, Jennifer Grey and Bristol "I'm Real" Palin.

The latest in surprise eliminations on Dancing With the Stars is singer Brandy. Upon hearing the news, some audience members gasped and booed in disgust.

Partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy kept it civil with the following: "People vote and their voices count. It's been an amazing journey."

But Brandy herself was speechless. So was Derek Hough!

This has been a long time coming!

Monica Beresford-Redman was found dead in Cancun on April 8, 2010. Husband Bruce Beresford-Redman, a former Survivor producer, was the prime suspect. But since then, Beresford-Redman has been attempting to block extradition alleging that Mexican police didn't investigate properly.

Today, Bruce was arrested for the murder of his wife. US Marshals and FBI agents reportedly visited his Rancho Palos Verdes home earlier this afternoon and then took him into custody.

Bruce continues to deny the charges brought against him. He claims Monica left the luxury resort they were staying at to go shopping and that she never came back.

Investigators say Monica died of "asphyxia by suffocation."

The accused husband will appear in U.S. District Court in downtown Los Angeles tomorrow. Calls to Bruce's attorney's office have not yet been returned...

Pink is still a rock star, and we're sure her kid will be one, too! The "So What" singer appears on Ellen's talk show tomorrow and confirms that she's "eating for two these days."

Congrats to Pink on being a mother-to-be!

The preggers rocker also reveals that she was "nervous" about getting pregnant because she "had a miscarriage before." Pink adds that she's "terrified" about having a little girl... why?

"My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me," she says. "I'm terrified one of us will go to jail."

And what about her relationship with babydaddy Carey Hart? Pink explains: "I never had anything in my life that I didn't work hard for and my relationship is that. We worked really hard and we had our little meltdowns, a couple of them, and now, we're honestly, we both needed to do that and come back together. It's just yummy."

DeGeneres also had a surprise gift for the singer: a mini Motocross bike for the baby. How adorbs!
