Back on the set of Angie's United Love Story, things aren't so serene. Filming has been delayed in Bosnia due to safety concerns, so either the production will have to leave Jolie behind for a week of shooting or the director will have to find a new location.

On the plus side, Pitt shot a cameo in his ladylove's flick (according to a local Hungarian site). And in other news, Pitt's Plan B production company is negotiating to buy the right for the trapped Chilean miners story. After all, we know that already has a happy ending - perfect for a Hollywood movie!

Mel Gibson is now claiming that Oksana Grigorieva suffered scratches and bruises not from him ... but from herself.

The actor says his ex suffers from the disorder, Trichotillomania ... a condition that causes a person to pull their own eyelashes, eyebrows, hair and other areas of hair on the body.

In a written declaration, Gibson says:

"During our relationship Oksana often had scratches and bald spots on the side of her head as a result of this disorder (scratches she is now, apparently, attempting to blame on me!)."

Oksana's facialist, Mady Shany, also remembers seeing the injuries saying, "I noticed that there were scratches and bruises around her eyes and on her forehead." Shany adds that Oksana told her Mel "punched her and threw her on the bed while she had the baby in her arms."

Also in the declaration, Mel claims that during their January 6th argument, Oksana was "swinging Lucia erratically in her arms, jerking her body from side to side to keep Lucia out of my reach."

Mel and Oksana are due back in court November 22.

Katherine Heigl is no longer attached to the movie, Adaline, and some reports claim it was due to bitterness on set. Her reps deny this claim.

Heigl, who is also listed on IMDB as an executive producer for the film, was set to play "a young woman, born at the turn of 20th century, who is rendered ageless" after a tragic car accident.

Gary Lucchesi, a partner of producing company Lakeshore Productions, released the following statement to Deadline:

"She has made two movies with us and we certainly support her decision. We were scheduled to shoot mid-March and we hope to achieve that. We are great fans of hers and if this is what she has to do, we respect that."

Heigl also starred in Lakeshore's One for the Money and Ugly Truth. Earlier this year, the actress left Grey's Anatomy to focus more on being a mom to daughter, Naleigh.

Angela Lansbury, who was set to play Heigl's mom (yes, her mom!) in the film, is still attached to the project. The search is on for a new lead.

After X17online broke the news that Angelina Jolie was delaying her departure to Bosnia, we can now report that the actress won't be going to the country at all to shoot her directorial debut.

Jolie was set to leave for Bosnia tomorrow, but her production team has opted not to send her due to safety concerns and harsh criticism from the local media. An on-set source told X17online exclusively that the cast and crew of United Love Story were still supposed to go without Jolie, but now no one is going, and filming will be moved to a different location.

No word from Jolie's reps or production company on where the new location is, but it seems like she didn't want the film to go on without her, even if it was only for a few days. Our source added that Jolie had booked 4 different hotels for 4 different nights for the crew, and she had rented out the entire hotel for each reservation. The movie may be getting a lot of flack from the local papers, but at least Angelina is keeping her cast and crew happy!
