After it was announced that Demi Lovato was admitted to a treatment facility for "emotional and physical issues", the Disney Channel has come up with a way to keep her hit sitcom Sonny with a Chance on the air without her.

Producers have decided to rework the series to focus on So Random!, which is a musical variety show within the Sonny plotline. According to Variety, So Random! will feature guest stars, comedy sketches, musical performances and digital shorts.

A Disney Channel rep released the following statement:

"This allows her the time she needs to get well, without distraction or pressure. Again, we extend our ongoing support to Demi and her family as she works to overcome personal issues."

No word on when Demi will return to work, but with Sonny writers focusing on So Random!, it seems like there is plenty of time for the 18-year-old starlet to get the help she needs.

LeAnn Rimes' ex-husband Dean Sheremet has proposed to his steady girlfriend Sarah Silver, according to Us Weekly.

Sheremet gave Silver a 3 carat antique ring, and a source tells the mag, "They were having a nice morning together and the moment felt right, so he proposed." Silver "is elated," according to the insider, who also revealed that they're planning a summer wedding in NYC.

"She is an amazing, talented woman," Sheremet recently gushed to the celeb glossy. "We have a lot in common and we are both very happy." Maybe so, but LeAnn's just as happy and Eddie Cibrian is a huuuuge upgrade over her ex-husband...
