After several years living under Katherine Jackson's roof in lieu of child support payments from baby daddies Randy and Jermaine, Alejandra Jackson will be moving out of the Encino compound with her children at the end of the year.

Just who is Alejandra Jackson?

● Jermaine married Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza in 1995, which caused a lot of controversy considering Oaziaza had dated, and had two children (Genevieve & Randy Jr.) with Jermaine's brother, Randy Jackson.

● Alejandra went on to have two sons, Jaafar Jeremiah Jackson (born July 25, 1996) and Jermajesty Jermaine Jackson (born October 7, 2000).

● In November 2004 Jermaine and Alejandra separated, their divorce was finalized in May 2008. As a result, Jermaine was only ordered to pay $50,000 for legal fees and $50,000 back child support; in exchange Alejandra waived her spousal support.

● Jermaine then discovered Alejandra had not divorced her first husband, therefore their marriage was annulled.

● In September 2010 Jermaine filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court asking the judge to cut his support payment to a mere $215 a month.

So why are Alejandra and her children being forced out of the home?

A source close to the Jackson family tells X17online exclusively:

"After Child Protective Services were called to the Havenhurst home in May 2010 involving the incident with the teaser gun, they found Alejandra was staying at the home instead of receiving child support from Randy and Jermaine. The Jackson brothers never wanted to pay her child support. No judge signed off on that agreement, so I am told it wasn't legal."

Even worse, Alejandra was suspected of leaking inside information about the Jackson children to media outlets for money. The source goes on to tell us:

"Katherine and several members of the Jackson family have suspected Alejandra of leaking information about Prince, Paris, and Blanket, for some time. Activities inside the Encino house only Alejandra would have known about were suddenly popping up on various media outlets. Photographers would show up at specific times and places that the kids were going to be, most times with Alejandra's kids, and somehow they'd know exactly where to be. Alejandra badly needs the money because she isn't working and she's not getting anything from Jermaine and Randy. Tipping off the media has been an easy way for her to make some cash on the side. Katherine just doesn't trust her."

We are also told that keeping an additional five people in this house is too much for Katherine to bear financially:

"Randy bought a brand new Porsche, and Jermaine drives a Rolls Royce, yet they were not taking any financial responsibility for their children and it was unfair to stick them in the Encino home with Katherine. She's 80 years-old and isn't receiving enough from the estate to take care of such a large household. Its just not fair to her."

We are told Alejandra and her five children: Jafaar, Jermajesty, Randy Jr., and Dante a homeless child she adopted from off the streets, will be moved to a location near their former Encino home, which will all be taken care of for her.

No word yet on weather Alejandra plans to file for additional child support payments from Jermiane and Randy, but we just don't see how $215 a month can cut it.

With folder in hand, Lindsay Lohan was all business this morning as she headed to an alcohol education class off the Betty Ford Campus.

Lilo put her wet hair in a simple bun as she high-tailed it in jeans and boots to class.

The 24-year-old actress has been enjoying her living situation off of the main Betty Ford campus in Rancho Mirage. As X17online first reported, now that she's passed the "Priority" phase of her treatment, Lindsay has been allowed to move out of the Palm Springs rehab center and into a Betty Ford-owned sober house.

Lohan first checked into the Betty Ford Center, which costs $26,000/month, at the end of September and is due to stay until January 3, 2011.

Looks like she's taking her treatment very seriously this time around. Way to bring sexy back to rehab, Linds!

WTF! This is so Charlie Sheen of him...

Despite the fact that Mel Gibson got fired from doing a cameo role in The Hangover 2, the actor is still getting paid according to The National Enquirer... $750,000 bucks!

Apparently, Mel had what's known in Hollywood as a "pay or play" deal, which means he gets the money whether or not he's in the movie.

I guess part of his salary can help pay off ex Oksana $60,000 in back child support!

Meanwhile, Liam Neeson has stated that Gibson is "cool" with him taking over the role. Thank goodness for that!

There must be a million reasons why Nadya Suleman shouldn't have her own milkshake, but that clearly didn't stop her! Mel Gibson will now be shelling out $60-thousand per month to his ex Oksana Grigorieva in back child support for 1-year-old daughter Lucia, according to E! News.

On her way in to court yesterday, Grigorieva told our X17 videographers, "I'm fighting for my daughter and for her safety and that's all I'm doing. There's no money involved. It's all about my daughter."

During the custody hearing in Downtown Los Angeles, the actor and Grigorieva were face to face to discuss custody issues. Grigorieva's lawyers were trying to stop Gibson from being allowed overnight visits with his daughter, however LA Superior Court judge Scott Gordon said that discussion was for another court date. The upgrade in child support money was definitely a victory for Grigorieva's camp. Gibson originally thought he would pay $20-thousand per month, reports E!.

In addition to forcing Gibson to pay $60-thousand in child support, Judge Gordon also denied a request for a gag order which would have prevented Grigorieva and her attorneys from publicly speaking about the case.

The next hearing date has been set for November 22.

Marie Osmond is opening up to Oprah Winfrey on the death of her son, Michael. The troubled 18 year old committed suicide back in February by jumping off the eighth floor of a Los Angeles apartment building.

Osmond, 51, recalls her son talking about depression. She says:

"When I heard him say to me, I have no friends, it brought back when I went through depression because you really feel so alone. I'm not a depressed person, but I understand that place, that darkness. I told him... Mike, I'm gonna be there Monday and it's gonna be okay.'"

As for whether she has any regret, Osmond tells Oprah:

"I think there's always 'what if's. 'What if I had just put him on a plane and said come be with me, or gone there? I think if you live in 'what if's,' you stop living."

After being criticized for returning to the stage just one month after her son's death, Marie says it was a "calculated decision" because she "knew that if I didn't get back on stage that I may never get back on stage." She added that the "stage is my safe place."
