Things are getting serious really quickly!

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus went house hunting with their realtor yesterday in LA, and the couple were particularly interested in a $20 million modern mansion in the Santa Monica mountains. In fact, they checked out the property for over an hour, and left with real estate brochures and materials. They also looked at two $12 million pads in the Brentwood and Pacific Palisades neighborhoods, but they didn't seem too jazzed on those.

The 14,000 square-foot Santa Monica property boasts 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, which they're going to need once they shack up. There's enough room for the Oscar winner's three children and the SNL producer's daughter from her previous marriage, as well as any babies they decide to have together!

The residence also comes with a home movie theater, an infinity pool and spa, a gym, and a sprawling back yard. Oh, did we mention it's brand new?

This is all part of the pair's long term plan, which was discussed before they left their respective spouses.

A source tells X17:

"Ben and Lindsay want to get married and have a kid. They also want a stable home life for the children they already have, so they want to put down roots in both LA and NYC. Essentially, they will be bicoastal. When Jen Garner has the kids, Ben will live in the Big Apple with Lindsay and her daughter, and when Lindsay's ex has her daughter, she'll be on the West coast with Ben and his brood. They don't want to bounce around, so they're eager to establish two home bases. The Santa Monica mansion is perfect, because it's still close to Jen's Pacific Palisades place and near the kids' school."

It would seem a little fast for them to be moving in together, but you have to remember they were involved for YEARS before they went public!

O.J. Simpson asked his former cellmate Vernon Nelson to help him find a hitman to kill Ron Goldman's family, Nelson revealed in an exclusive interview with Radar.

While they were both incarcerated at Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Center in 2016, Nelson claims the former football star shared his sinister plan to avoid paying the Goldman family the $33.5 million he owes them, and offered him $100K in cash and promotion for a book he was writing if he helped line up the hit.

“I want you to help me kill the Goldmans. Those motherf*****s have been a pain in my ass since the trial, and they jump at every chance to tear me down in the media! Do you know how much money I’ve lost because of them? I’m sick of it!” Nelson claims Simpson said.

"You don’t have to answer right now, Vernon … just think about it. It’s gonna get done with or without you, but I prefer it be with you," OJ allegedly added.

Nelson has every reason to believe the NFL star might still be planning to wipe them out. "O.J. has a big problem with the Goldman family — and, at this point, I wouldn’t put anything past him," he warned.

Khloe Kardashian is expecting a baby boy with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, Us Weekly has confirmed. The mag claims she dropped by Cedars-Sinai hospital for a 20-week checkup earlier this month, which would put her due date around January or February.

Since learning she was going to be a mom, the reality star has maintained her healthy lifestyle, but she's getting the typical cravings. "She’s hungrier than ever,” a source dished, noting that she opts for “smaller meals throughout the day" to keep her energy up. She's also doing "more cardio" and "less intensive" workouts to ensure the safety of her unborn child.

So when do she and her baby daddy plan on tying the knot?

"Marriage is definitely in the cards. They are just waiting for the right time to move forward. Khloé doesn’t want to rush into anything," the source added.

Little sister Kylie is reportedly expecting a baby girl, so family isn't going to be able to give them shared gifts at the baby shower!

John Mayer revealed that he hasn't had a drink in a year in a message to his fans on Twitter, and it sounds like the singer might continue to abstain from alcohol because it's been such a positive experience.

"One year ago today, I decided to give drinking a break. A very personal thing for everyone. For me, a constant return on investment," he tweeted. "I post this because I want people to know that ‘that’s enough for now’ is on the menu, so to speak," he added.

The crooner revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone this past June that he'd replaced booze with weed.

“I put it where drinking used to go, and the quality of life has gone up considerably. Drinking is a f–king con. How much is enough? Every time I drank, I was looking for some sort of regulated amount. It always feels wrong for me. I always feel like I went overboard. ‘I said two, now it’s three, now we’re at four?'" he explained.

"I never had a serious issue with it, but I remember looking around going, ‘This feels rigged. I’m taking a break.' There’s never an amount that felt like I was succeeding at life. It always felt wrong," he admitted.

Neither of the reality stars have yet to comment on their bun in the oven, but Kris Jenner just basically confirmed the Revenge Body star is going to be a mom in a new interview, claiming she's "over the moon" for her middle daughter.

"We love Tristan so much, and she's so happy, and she's been through so much. Just seeing her be able to do something so creative with [her denim line] Good American -- that's her passion. On top of it, to be in such a great place in her personal life is amazing. She's really happy. She lives most of the time now in Cleveland, so that's interesting, because she's not around every day," the momager told Entertainment Tonight.

As for the youngest KarJenner?

"I think she is very strong. I think the strength that she has as a woman and as an entrepreneur, a businessperson, and everything that she's got going on -- she's really equipped to handle whatever comes her way. I'm so proud of that kid. She's a good girl with a big heart," the K clan matriarch added.

Paris Jackson and her brother Prince held hands as they walked the red carpet at the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and Mothers2Mothers benefit dinner in Beverly Hills last night, and they were joined by John Stamos and his new fiancee Caitlin McHugh, as well as other big names.

Michael Jackson's daughter recently became an ambassador for her late godmother's foundation after a eye opening trip to Malawi.

"The most heartbreaking moment of all this for me was when I met a 20-year-old mother affected by HIV who was in the mothers2mothers support program. If she had gotten medication sooner, she wouldn't have passed HIV on to her child. When she talked about it, I could see in her eyes that she was expecting death. They swear nothing shady is going on, though! In fact, SG's boyfriend The Weeknd was fully aware of the hangout, and was totally cool with it. The only reason he didn't join in is because he is currently on tour. He must be super confident!

The former lovebirds hadn't been speaking for over a year, but got back into contact after the "Come & Get It" songstress' secret kidney transplant surgery this summer.

"Selena realized life is fragile after her medical scare and that she shouldn’t take anything for granted. It improved her relationship with The Weeknd, and it also made her realize she should patch up relationships with those that have been important to her in the past," a source dished to Celebrity Insider.

"That is why she went back to talking to Justin, that is why she made sure to get back in the good graces of Demi. She wants to repair friendships with people that are, or who were, important to her. Justin was her first love, and she would rather have some bond with him than nothing at all. She hopes they can be friends forever from this point forth," the source added.
