John Mayer revealed that he hasn't had a drink in a year in a message to his fans on Twitter, and it sounds like the singer might continue to abstain from alcohol because it's been such a positive experience.

"One year ago today, I decided to give drinking a break. A very personal thing for everyone. For me, a constant return on investment," he tweeted. "I post this because I want people to know that ‘that’s enough for now’ is on the menu, so to speak," he added.

The crooner revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone this past June that he'd replaced booze with weed.

“I put it where drinking used to go, and the quality of life has gone up considerably. Drinking is a f–king con. How much is enough? Every time I drank, I was looking for some sort of regulated amount. It always feels wrong for me. I always feel like I went overboard. ‘I said two, now it’s three, now we’re at four?'" he explained.

"I never had a serious issue with it, but I remember looking around going, ‘This feels rigged. I’m taking a break.' There’s never an amount that felt like I was succeeding at life. It always felt wrong," he admitted.

The deal will net them $30 million a season, for five seasons. They just keep getting richer and richer! Their previous 2015 contract was $20 million a season, so they've only gotten more valuable as they continue to pop out rug rats and bring the drama.

The deal doesn't stipulate how much each family member's salary will be, because they wanted to leave that part up to themselves to figure out. Translation - Kim and Kylie make the big bucks, Kourtney and Rob get the shaft, and Kris Jenner gets a huge portion of all of their paychecks.

The Two and a Half Men actor purchased the pad back in 2012 with then-wife Brooke Mueller, put it on the market in 2013, and sold it last year for $5.4 million. That means the most recent owner made pretty penny by selling it to the supermodel!

Located in the famed Mulholland Estates, the Spanish mansion boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, along with a pool, tennis court, and a movie theater.

Kenny has made quite a few real estate moves in recent years! She bought Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's Hollywood Hills place for $6.5 million in 2016 before selling it for $6.85 million this past summer. In June, she put her $1.6 million Westwood condo on the market, but has yet to find a buyer.
