Miley Cyrus doesn't actually open her mouth in this music video, but she certainly gives one heck of a performance! The starlet's producing team Rock Mafia sings the track, and Miley stars opposite Gossip Girl's Kevin Zegers in a video that borders between reality and illusion.

Miley tells E! News, "The video is unique and honestly, was a life-changing experience. This song means a lot to me." But what does it mean?!

We're not sure if he partied a little too hard on Halloween or what (he HAS admitted to hitting the bottle since his separation from Courteney Cox), but David Arquette was definitely in a mood when we snapped him out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday.

The 39-year-old actor was wearing one of his trademark suits, but rather than smiling like he always does, he kept his head down as he rocked out to his iPod. Wonder what sorts of tunes he was listening to? Maybe we can blame his mood on the music?

LeAnn Rimes is an emotional roller coaster while opening up about her controversial relationship with actor Eddie Cibrian for ABC's All Access Nashville.

The country singer, 28, has been called a "husband stealer" after Cibrian allegedly left his wife for Rimes. When ABC's Robin Roberts asks the singer about her "lowest point," LeAnn responds, "Which one?"

Cibrian and Rimes met while filming the TV movie Northern Lights in Canada last year, while he was still married to Brandi Glanville. As for when he knew LeAnn was the one, he tells Roberts:

Ironically, Cibrian posted this picture on Twitter of himself proposing to Rimes ... only to say later it was just a "trick" for Halloween. Even though the proposal wasn't for real, Rimes does discuss during the interview about becoming a stepmom to his two boys, Mason and Jake.

As for his ex wife Brandi Glanville, she was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of DUI.

After spending eight hours at the court-ordered deposition with her ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson in the same courtroom, an exhausted-looking Oksana Grigorieva left the Century City courthouse without saying a word. However as she entered the elevator, when photographers asked if she got what she wanted, Oksana only replied with a thumbs up.

In court, we're told Grigorieva's lawyers grilled Gibson about everything from their relationship, to the custody battle over baby Lucia and the alleged abuse ... with Oksana looking on. Although her lawyers were hoping to play the infamous secret recordings of Mel getting crazy, their requests were denied.

When asked about the domestic violence issue, Mel refused to answer several of the questions exercising his Fifth Amendment right.

The actor's deposition, which has been described as "cantankerous," was videotaped.

On November 10, the couple will be back in court to address Oksana's legal fees.

Yesterday afternoon we spotted a barefaced Christina Aguilera and her dog returning to the Beverly Hills Hotel, and we're not sure where she spent the night, but we're guessing it wasn't in her own bed!

We snapped the newly single singer at Premiere nightclub on Halloween, and she definitely looked like she was having a good time. So here's our question ... where DID Xtina wind up on Sunday evening?!

Britney Spears and her bodyguard paid a visit to Barnes and Noble in Calabasas yesterday afternoon, and the pop princess showed a fair amount of skin for her trip to the bookstore. Wonder what Queen B was there to buy? Reading material for her, or something for her boys?

Dancing With the Stars celebrated its 200th episode, and the celebs were given the task of recreating a past contestant's standout moment but with their own spin. As always, Jennifer Grey and Brandy led the way with the high scores, so it should be interesting to see who makes it to the next round!

Disney star Demi Lovato has cancelled the rest of her concert tour with the Jonas Brothes and has checked in to a treatment center to "seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time," according to a statement released to X17online by the actress-singer's rep.

"Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."

Lovato dated her Camp Rock co-star and tour partner Joe Jonas earlier this year but Joe broke it off in March over the phone.
