Halle Berry and Oliver Martinez dined at Xandros restaurant in Los Angles last night, and the Greek eatery has become quite popular among the stars -- Miley Cyrus was there just last week!

The couple held hands on the way out, and Halle was looking spectacular as always, but is it just us, or is Olivier REALLY starting to show his age? Definitely not an upgrade over her smokin' hot baby daddy Gabriel Aubry...

Yesterday we spotted Britney Spears riding shotgun with her bodyguard in her white Mercedes G-Wagen, and the pop princess made a stop in Calabasas to pick up a lovely bouquet of flowers. Wonder who they're for? Or does Britney just like having fresh roses inside her house? Since she doesn't get out much these days, we're guessing they're for her...

LeAnn Rimes is speaking out after Shape editor-in-chief Valerie Latona wrote that "putting her on the cover was not meant to put a husband-stealer on a pedestal, but to show (through her story) how we all are human," adding that it was "a terrible mistake." In the accompanying magazine article, LeAnn Rimes talked about cheating on her husband Deane Sheremet with Eddie Cibrian, and it was an honest and candid interview.

Latona then apologized, noting that "a mere 40 readers out of almost six million" wrote in to complain about Rimes. "I stand by the fact that LeAnn's story is compelling -- and her courage and strength in the face of so much adversity is compelling," Latona said. "I wrote to those women apologizing that our cover choice did not make them happy, as I have done for other cover stars in the past."

What did the country star have to say about all this? LeAnn tweeted yesterday, "Just so all my fans know, I'm getting to the bottom of this. It's the first I've heard of this. Shape is throwing me a party next week as a thank you and a congrats for being on their cover for the 3rd time. I find this very contradictory. I love you all!!"

Rimes also posted an invitation to RSVP for the Shape cocktail reception, and tweeted back at a handful of fans who showed their support.

After all the drama earlier this week (a hooker/porn star, thousands of dollars worth of damage to a posh hotel room and a trip to the hospital) Charlie Sheen has returned to work, and it seems like soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller was right -- he's going to be just fine!

We spotted the actor out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, and we're hearing he's headed back to NYC to film Two And A Half Men early next week. Hopefully he's deleted Capri Anderson's number from his phone ... we don't want to hear about another drunk and naked incident on Tuesday morning!

Just four days after Charlie Sheen was allegedly found drunk and naked with a porn star in a trashed New York City hotel room, his estranged wife Brooke Mueller told us that she was separated from the actor.

X17 photographers caught up with Brooke today on Sunset Blvd, and last we heard, Brooke and Charlie were simply taking time apart from one another. However, when asked about Charlie's infidelities, Brooke responded, "Well, Charlie and I don't live together anymore, so he's kinda free to do whatever he wants to do." When asked if she was in an open relationship with the father of her twin boys, Brooke said, "Charlie's not cheating on me, we're separated."

And there you have it! So why haven't they filed for divorce yet?

Halloween isn't until Sunday, but you know Hollywood's finest are going to be out and about all weekend long, showing off their extravagant and sexy costumes for everyone to see! Lindsay Lohan is stuck in rehab this year, but Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus and Christina Aguilera are sure bets, and you KNOW Heidi Klum is going all out at her annual bash.
