However, when we snapped Ms. Momsen at LAX last night, we did grow a bit concerned about the cigarette in her hand. Not only because we don't want the 17-year-old singer/actress to develop lung cancer (or get yellow teeth and wrinkles, ew!) but second hand smoke can affect pets too! And Taylor's fluffy little pup is just TOO precious...

We snapped a giggly Hilary Duff and Nick Zano leaving XIV Karats in Beverly Hills yesterday, and given that Nick has been with Hilary's sister Haylie for quite some time now, it appears as though Hilary might have been helping him pick out an engagement ring! Either that, or she's helping him get a head start on his holiday shopping...

After stopping by the jewelry store, the two lunched at Cafe Med in West Hollywood, and it looks like Hilary has already adopted Nick as her brother-in-law.

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana have welcomed their third daughter, Stella Zavala Damon. Matt's rep confirmed that the little girl was born on Wednesday in New York, and "the whole family is thrilled."

The couple have been married since 2005, and they already have two young daughters, Isabella and Gia, along with Luciana's daughter Alexia.

Matt recently told Parade magazine, "My wife is about to have our fourth kid and we've drawn a line in the sand. This is it. Our lives are full and wonderful and we're done having kids. Lucy is in her third trimester for the fourth time and I think that's about enough to ask of any woman."

Not in the way we wish, but it's good that these two can keep it civil for their two children!

Reese Witherspoon was spotted arriving with Ava and Deacon at the W Hotel in Westwood, and shortly after they walked in we snapped Ryan Phillippe joining them. Not sure what this was about, but maybe the family was having some sort of brunch? After all, Reese and Ryan were married for seven years, and it seems like any bitterness between the two of them has faded since they announced their separation in 2006...

Yesterday we spotted Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher out and about in Bel Air, and though the couple have been plagued by cheating rumors in recent weeks, they looked just fine to us! The lovebirds held hands as they strolled across the parking lot, and Ashton even opened the car door for his lady love. And they say chivalry is dead!

Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills this afternoon, and the Disney princess (who turns 18 exactly a month from today) flashed X17 photos the peace sign as she went about her business.

Not only are we digging her boho chic style, but the bindi and henna owl tattoo are something we haven't seen in a while ... way to bring it back Miss Miley!

Celine Dion welcomed twin boys today, and her OB/GYN Dr. Ronald Ackerman released the following statement to Us mag:

“As coach and confidant for over 12 years for Celine and Rene, it is an honor and privilege to make this announcement on behalf of the Celine and Rene. At St. Mary’s Medical Center, at 11:11 and 11:12am, Celine gave birth to 2 healthy baby boys weighing 5lbs 10 ounces and 5 pounds 4 ounces.

The cesarian section was performed by the team and Dr. Ruel Stoessel, Celine’s obstetrician, and high risk doctor and obstetricians Dr. Steven Pliskow and Dr. Joshua Ackerman, my son. I would like to thank Dr. Stoessel, Celine’s high risk obstetrician who availed his high level of expertise to enable us to reach this joyous day. I would also like to thank Dr. Zev Rosenwaks for his tireless fertility treatments which afforded Celine and Rene with this opportunity, and to Dr. Pete Garcia, our pediatric physician who played an enormous role in her care.

It should be known worldwide that this team agrees that Celine and Rene are clearly one of the most caring and kind individuals that they have ever cared for. Today is not the end, but the beginning of 2 new lives.”

We haven't seen much of Tara Reid lately, and while she appeared to be in a good mood when we snapped her out in Hollywood last night, we can't believe how painfully skinny she is yet again. The actress has struggled with her body image for years now (from bad plastic surgery to her weight yo-yoing back and forth), but is it just us, or does she seem proud to show off her pin thin stems and stomach in these leggings?
