Most people in Southern California hate the rainy and dreary weather, but most people don't have adorable little Violet to make them smile and laugh in the rain!

Jen and Violet looked as if they were having a great time stomping through the puddles that had gathered in the parking lot of the Brentwood Country Mart yesterday as they did a little rainy day shopping.

Fun in the rain and retail therapy? Sounds like a perfect day!

Just kidding! This is Katherine Heigl we're talking about. The Killers actress stepped out on Wednesday with her mom and grabbed lunch in Brentwood. Too bad the inclement weather didn't agree with the icy blonde - it's been raining on and off in LA for days and Kat looks pretty pissed about it! Halle Berry and new boyfriend Olivier Martinez indulged in a little pampering together yesterday at the exclusive Kinara spa before hopping on top of Olivier's bike to take off in the rain.

Halle, who looked as if she was loving riding b*tch behind Olivier didn't seem to mind riding in the rain.

But the couple clearly did mind all the attention -- they requested a police escort to help them drive out of the spa parking lot!

So apparently, the pampering didn't just end at the spa!

Those Glee kids sure know how to stir up some controversy!

Gleeksters Lea Michele, Dianna Agron and Cory Monteith grace the November 2010 cover of GQ Magazine and, aside from Lea talking about getting nose job pressure in high school ("F*** those people," she says in the interview), the real scandal involves the sexy photo shoot by photog Terry Richardson...

The Parents Television Council released the following statement today:

"It is disturbing that GQ, which is explicitly written for adult men, is sexualizing the actresses who play high school-aged characters on Glee in this way. It borders on pedophilia. By authorizing this kind of near-pornographic display, the creators of the program have established their intentions on the show’s direction. And it isn't good for families."

X17online reached out to Ryan Murphy Productions for a comment and have yet to hear back.

GQ editor-in-chief Jim Nelson released his own statement in response, slamming the Parents Television Council for "not watching much TV these days" and not knowing how to "divide reality from fantasy." Nelson also says that "these 'kids' are in their 20s. Cory Montieth's almost 30! I think they're old enough to do what they want."

Michele, 24, says the following about the pix: "I don’t know how they got me to do half the stuff I did. But I was in really good shape this summer, so..."
