Beverly McClendon is filing a complaint against Tyra Banks, Warner Bros. Entertainment and executive producers of The Tyra Show for $3 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Why?
She claims that the show's producer's broke George state labor laws by not alerting her that her daughter, Jewel Ciera Washington (a 15-year-old), was to be a scheduled guest on the program.
Jewel has responded to an open call on Tyra's websites for self-proclaimed "sex addicts" in October 2009. She was selected as a guest and flew solo to New York.
"This show undoubtedly was watched by sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles alike," claims McClendon. The angry mom also wants any future repeats of the particular episode banned.

It's Sunday again, and you know what that means: Visitor's Day for Lindsay Lohan at the Betty Ford Center.
LiLo's been back in rehab for a few weeks now and her family and friends are turning up to show their support. A source close to the fam tells X17online exclusively that mom Dina Lohan will be putting in an appearance, as well as Lindsay's new BFF Eilat Anschel, her Machete co-star Electra Avellan and even photog Tyler Shields.
But former girlfriend Samantha Ronson will be absent again today. The DJ is still in London and won't return to Los Angeles until tonight for her Take Em To Church Sundays gig at The Roxy... where her latest conquest (Christina Aguilera) will be on hand to watch her spin again.
Meanwhile, Lindsay's momager Dina is also reportedly shopping around post-rehab interviews. Wonder where Ms. Denial (as Michael Lohan would say) will set up her daughter for when she's out of Betty Ford?

According to various Canadian reports, singing sensation Justin Bieber is being investigated in Richmond, British Columbia over a recent alleged incident at a laser tag facility...
A 12-year-old boy tells police that Bieber, 16, hit him while playing laser tag at Planet Lazer the other night. An anonymous staff member told the following to local blog ZackTaylor:
"The 12-year-old kid was surrounding Justin in the corner with his other little friends and shooting him during the game with their laser guns. Justin did what any other person would do during a laser tag game, and was just trying to get away from getting shot at and accidentally hit the kid while running away."
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police confirm that the "victim" sustained minimal injuries but did not require medical attention.
Sounds like Bieber was just defending himself. Right?

After a much-publicized controversy over the subject of Angelina Jolie's first directorial effort, the Bosnian film commission has granted a permit for the yet-untitled film about the early 1990's war, to shoot in and around Sarajevo, according to X17 photographers on the scene with the production now in Budapest.
Reports claimed the story is of a Bosnian woman who falls in love with her captor and rapist. The film is said have a working title of Untitled Love Story.
After meeting with the head of Raleigh Studios yesterday in Budapest, where the production is currently filming, Jolie was said to be in a bad mood and it looked like the news wasn't good. X17 was told Jolie was given orders to find a back-up plan if the film permit for Bosnia was denied.
Well now, X17 photographers on the scene say the set is abuzz with news that the Bosnian film commission has approved the production's request and that production will go on, as scheduled. "A few of the crew members told us today it was a go. Everyone on the set is relieved."
The mood was certainly lighter on set today and Brad Pitt even came for a visit. "Angie was in a much better mood today. She was happy to have Brad around and everyone seemed to be celebrating."
This would be a huge victory for Jolie, as having to find secondary shooting locations would have cost the production hundreds of thousands of dollars and the negative PR could have canned the film before release.
Jolie had offered to meet with rape victims' groups in Sarajevo to allay any concerns though none of the groups took her up on the offer.
A Bosnian actress who is set to play a role in the film, defended Jolie's project, telling the Bosnian media, "We are not making a movie about a crazy woman falling in love with her rapist. We are not sick and perverted."
Jolie's Sarajevo producer, Edin Sarkic, told The Associated Press on Friday that rumors the film was about a rape victim falling in love with a rapist are "insane." He also said his contract prevents him from disclosing details about the script.

Mother hen Barbara Walters is gonna love this!
After Bill O'Reilly made the mistake of saying "Muslims killed us on 9/11" on The View this past Thursday - Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar subsequently walked off the set only to return later - the show's producers have now decided to weigh in on the incident during Monday's show. (Friday's episode had been previously recorded.)
Joy Behar went on her own HLN show to defend her actions, calling Bill O'Reilly's comments "hate speech." On his show, O'Reilly says he "enjoys jousting" with the ladies of The View because he wants their audience "to hear both sides."
ABC also noted that The View's website had ten times its normal traffic due to the, er, emotional moment.
Think it's a good idea to rehash what happened? Either way, it'll make good TV!

Scream 4 co-stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell and Emma Roberts (plus director Wes Craven) attended Saturday's 2010 Spike TV Scream Awards at L.A.'s Greek Theatre.
Noticeably absent was wife and co-star Courteney Cox. She and David met on the set of the original Scream in 1996 and later married on June 12, 1999.
The cast was on hand to premiere new footage from the upcoming horror flick, but the evening truly belonged to old school sci-fi stars...
Dressed up in his Ghostbusters gear, Bill Murray showed up to accept the awards for Best Horror Movie for Zombieland while Alien star Sigourney Weaver was awarded Best Heroine. And lastly, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd were awarded the 25th Anniversary Award for Back to the Future and hugged each other in front of the DeLorean. Aww!
Kristen Stewart also put in an appearance, winning for Best Actress in a Fantasy (Eclipse) and took home the awards for Ultimate Scream and Best Fantasy Movie.
See the other major award winners below the cut! The show airs this Tuesday at 9pm on Spike TV.
