David Arquette shocked the world yesterday with his bold admissions to Howard Stern about his lack of a sex life with wife Courteney ... and his recent sexual escapades with Jasmine Waltz.

Arquette made a public apology via Twitter to those who may have been hurt by his very honest statements to Stern. He tweets:

"Thank you all for your Love and support at this time. I'm trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be. But it's been a process of trial and error. I went on Howard Stern yesterday to provide clarity and honesty about what I'm experiencing. But while doing that I shared too much...it's alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled.

Life is a process of spiritual evolution. I'm sure Courteney and myself will emerge from this painful time better people for what we've learned."

No word on whether the apology was to Courtney or Jasmine. At this point, we'll just say both.

After all that they've been though (the fake documentary, sexual harassment allegations and bad facial hair), at least brother-in-laws Casey Affleck and Joaquin Phoenix still have each other! Both of the men were a bit camera shy when we snapped them leaving dinner last night with some friends in NYC, and Casey didn't have anything to say when we asked about the two women who accused him of sexual harassment earlier this summer.

We've said it a thousand times and we'll say it again -- as much as we love Rihanna, we're not crazy about her red hair, but it actually seems to work with the theme of her latest music video! Rihanna prances around the hills in Southern California in a series of flirty and feminine outfits for “Only Girl (In The World)”, and there's fireworks, balloons and flowers too...check it out!

With mama Katie close by, Tom's little girl ... wearing adorable shorts and flats, hung out with mom on the set of her new movie Jack and Jill in Beverly Hills.

The 4-year-old, who is already considered a pint-sized fashionista, definitely has a passion for fashion.

Yesterday Christina Aguilera and estranged husband Jordan Bratman ended up spending most of the day together at their Beverly Hills home, but it was Christina and son Max who left around 8pm to spend the night elsewhere.

Our X17 photographers tell us that the couple (who just confirmed their separation yesterday) spent the morning and early afternoon together, but it's unclear whether Jordan spent the night or arrived early in the day. Christina left Max with Jordan around 3pm to visit a friend and she returned at 4pm, and Jordan left at 6pm to meet with his lawyer, and he returned at 7:30. Around 8pm Christina and Max left, but since the two had spent the better part of the day inside their home, it seems like this split is anything but messy.

On the other hand, Courteney Cox and David Arquette don't appear to be spending ANY time together (then again, why would Courteney want to after David's radio interview with Howard Stern!?) and it seems like the only time they see each other is when they're transferring their 6-year-old daughter Coco back and forth. Maybe they'd benefit by following Xtina and Jordan's example, or is their troubled marriage already too damaged to repair?

Wearing minimal makeup, Ke$ha is rocking the pages of November's Seventeen Magazine ... looking clean and refreshed.

As for people not understanding her wild and crazy persona, Ke$ha tells the mag:

"I accidentally read a review, and it was really positive, but at the end it said, "We don't really know if she has the best voice." Which is bulls****! That's the one thing I'm most confident about. I don't have the best body in the world, but I know for a fact that I have a really good voice. It really bummed me out that somebody didn't see that, and then I got upset. But it just made me realize that this is an unveiling process; it's just going to take time. I'm just proving myself to people."

Donald Trump showed interest at one point in Michael Lohan to appear on the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice, X17online has learned exclusively.

Trump organized for Lindsay's dad to meet with Lynne Patton who runs events with The Trump Organization.

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"Although the meeting went well, I was too busy with other things to be on the show."

Lohan, who's very involved with charities, was also a Wall Street trader on the floor of the commodity exchange back in the day.

Various online reports claim that producers for Celebrity Apprentice have already secured Star Jones, Niki Taylor, LaToya Jackson, Survivor winner Richard Hatch, Lil Jon, Jose Canseco and Mark McGrath to appear on Trump's show.

Last night Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were snapped leaving their hotel to go shopping in NYC, and the sisters were swarmed by fans, photogs and their own reality TV cameras as they strutted down the sidewalk. We're sure Kourtney is finding some success with her business on the east coast, but how about Kim's man hunt? Kim turns 30 in 8 days, and it's not like she's in any desperate rush to settle down, but we have to wonder when she's going to find Mr. Right and give baby Mason a cousin to play with!
