Lisa Rinna and hubby Harry Hamlin appeared on The Today Show this morning to chat about their new reality show, a scary break in at Lisa's Sherman Oaks clothing store and yes, Lisa's lip reduction.

Dr. Garth Fisher, who performed Lisa's surgery, tells X17online exclusively, "I'm so happy to help Lisa. She looks absolutely beautiful. I hope it's a positive experience for her." Fisher has a long list of celebrity clientele including the Kardashians and Kendra Wilkinson.

Rumer Willis and her impossibly gorge boyfriend Micah Alberti have split after more than two years.

Although most of the female population in Hollywood is probably thrilled, Rumer “is very upset,” a source tells Life & Style.

“She went to Las Vegas this past weekend with a few friends to try to cheer up and have fun, but she's very sensitive about the breakup,” said the spy.

But Rumer may already be moving on -- apparently she's been spotted chatting up new Glee castmember Chord Overstreet! But it doesn't seem as if Overstreet will be her new boyfriend anytime soon. "They just chatted a few minutes and went their separate ways," says a source.

Bruce Willis appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman sporting the beefiest hairpiece ever!

In honor of Lady Gaga's infamous meat dress, the actor, who's known to wear a hairpiece, got a bit creative while showing off his comedic side.

When Letterman asked Willis about his look, Demi Moore's ex replied, "It's 100 percent ground beef sirloin. Top shelf organic."

Later in the show, Willis offered Letterman to take a bite. Now THIS is a seasoned actor.

Salma Hayek's golden globes were on display last night as she accompanied her husband Francois-Henri Pinault to the Yves Saint Laurent fashion show in Paris.

Wearing a red pantsuit, Salma and her hubby, whose PPR luxury goods company owns YSL, were sitting front and center for the runway show. So that everyone could get a good look at Salma's chichis the clothes!

Everyone wants a piece of Glee!

Former boybander Lance Bass and epic film director Baz Luhrmann are the latest celebs to try and start a campaign for their own Glee episode.

"Maybe they'll have a boy-band episode one day," Bass told MTV. "I have no idea! [They should] go for the gusto. Go for the 'Bye Bye Bye.'" His former band mate, Joey Fatone has even been tweeting about it, trying to drum up some support.

As for Luhrmann, who directed the uber-hip musical Moulin Rouge, he's setting his sights on directing an episode of the hit show.

"I'm a great fan of Glee," Baz said. "I spoke to [show creator] Ryan [Murphy]. I tried to find a moment to do an [episode] with him. I'd love to do that. I think those kids are phenomenal. If I could, I'd love to [direct an episode]. I'd like to contribute to that, because I do think that is what I hoped when I tried to smash the door 10 years ago [with 'Moulin Rogue']."

How about a Baz Luhrmann-directed episode of the show featuring 'NSYNC's music? Now that would be epic!

Despite quitting Twitter last week (and making a huge fuss out of it), John Mayer is still giving us an information overload when it comes to his personal life, and yup, he's doing it via the worldwide web.

Rather than sticking to 140 character messages, the musician/former flame of Jennifer Aniston is taking to his blog to write lengthier posts about important topics such as why he quit the social networking site, why he's so awesome, and well, you get the idea.

In a blog posted yesterday titled, "Postcard," John writes:

Greetings from the land of complete thoughts and a strong sense of self worth! A lot of you are wondering why I decided to quit Twitter. And I’m ready to explain it to you now that I’m off Twitter and can explain anything in a salient manner. It occurred to me that since the invocation of Twitter, nobody who has participated in it has created any lasting art. And yes! Yours truly is included in that roundup as well. Let me make sure that statement is as absolute and irrevocable as possible by buzzing your tower one more time: no artwork created by someone with a healthy grasp of social media thus far has proven to be anything other than disposable.

Emma Roberts, Julia's niece, is flexing her leading lady muscles in the upcoming dark comedy It's Kind of a Funny Story.

The movie, which centers around a clinically depressed teen played by Canadian actor Keir Gilchrist, also features the hilarious Zach Galifianakis from The Hangover.

As for Emma, 19, this role will prove she's all grown up and ready to take her career to the next level. We're lovin' that signature "Roberts" smile.

Kim Kardashian and her big sis Kourtney are preparing to wreak havoc in the Big Apple in the upcoming E! series Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

After arriving in the city, Kim tweeted, "Fireworks over the Brooklyn Bridge. Welcome to NYC, bayba baaaybay!"

The new show, debuting in January, will follow the two drama-filled sisters around NY ... and will also feature Mason's on-the-edge baby daddy Scott Disick. Poor Khloe ... she gets married to Lamar Odom and gets the boot! However, no doubt, Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian clan will be making cameos here and there.

Reports claim that Kourtney may be looking to expand her family this season. Someone bust out the boxing gloves for Scott and Kourt's mom Kris Jenner.
