Shery Shabani, a personal friend of the Beckhams, says she lives in fear and has received numerous threats since her estranged husband, Kambiz "Joseph" Shabani made it public that he believes his wife had been having an affair with soccer superstar David Beckham.

Shabani, who has two kids, was in Los Angeles Superior Court this morning to address the current restraining order against her millionaire soon-to-be ex husband Kambiz Shabani whom she claims had shoved and hit her during an argument on August 17.

She also claims her husband of twelve years was convinced she was romancing Beckham on the side.

A source close to Shery tells X17online exclusively:

"It's no surprise that Shery spends a lot of time with David and Victoria, but the idea of an affair is crap. Kambiz has been trying to get her out of the picture for awhile, and he thinks this is the way to discredit her so he doesn't have to lose money in the divorce. He'll wish he never took the steps he did when he has to fork over a fortune to her."

In court papers, Shabani revealed, “On my most recent birthday, in front of the children, he yelled at me: "I know why you're upset, it's your birthday and you didn't get a text message from David Beckham!’” She also revealed in court that her soon-to-be ex wanted officers to include in their police report that she "had 'f***** David Beckham." This is something she believes he did to attract media attention.

David Beckham has responded by releasing the following statement, "As with another recent story, this is another tale full of fantasy."

Beckham is of course referring to call girl Irma Nici's claim that she hooked up with the soccer star numerous times during his marriage to Victoria. The Beckhams are now suing Nici for nearly $25 million.

NCIS star Michael Weatherly was involved in a minor car collision today in Hollywood involving the tv star's Mercedes and another driver's BMW, his reps confirm to X17online.

"Michael Weatherly was involved in a minor car accident today in Los Angeles. He sustained no injuries and is doing fine," his reps tell us. "Michael appreciates the concern and well wishes.”

Luckily, there was a Naval Criminal Investigative Service officer on the scene, so everyone remained calm!
