It's already been reported that Lindsay Lohan will be heading to rehab within the next 48 hours, and now her father Michael has confirmed the news.

Michael released the following statement to X17online:

"She is going into rehab and that's all I wanted. That and family therapy. Yet while Dina and Lou Taylor are trying to take credit, I have been saying this all along. Regardless, doesn't matter who said what, she's going in,,Thank God. NOW however, Dina can not make this about business, it's got to be about LIndsay. And if Dina doesn't agree to do family therapy. Even rehab won't help. Conflict resolution is a huge part of rehabilitation."

Yesterday we spotted Bristol Palin and her other Dancing With The Stars castmates (including Brandy and Rick Fox) arriving for their daily rehearsal in Los Angeles, and no offense to Bristol, but we'd much rather feast our eyes on this hunk of burning love:

Yesterday we snapped Jessica Alba and the always adorable Honor Marie Warren out and about in Beverly Hills, and we're not sure why Jess was rocking a scarf, as the temps were soaring into the high eighties! Oh well, it least she looked hot -- and Honor was hamming it up like she always does...

Yesterday Kourtney Kardashian, baby Mason and daddy Scott Disick met up at the mall in Calabasas for some quality family time, and though they looked pretty normal together, we couldn't help but notice how Scott came and went in his flashy grey Lamborghini. Seems like he still wants to live the single life and enjoy his expensive toys, but hopefully he'll spoil Mason rotten with some pricey presents too!

Jersey Shore's Pauly D (nee Paul DelVecchio) has reportedly gotten his own spin-off show, which will focus on his DJ career.

"They already have a name and of course it will be DJ-related. It's another MTV reality show and he'll be DJ-ing and doing things his fans love to watch," a source tells the Daily Mail. DelVecchio is the first cast member to score a spin-off deal, though there have been reports that Snooki and J-Woww will get their own show as well.

Neither MTV nor DelVecchio have confirmed the news, but given the popularity of the reality program and the appearance fees the stars have been pulling in lately, we wouldn't be surprised! The Situation, Snooki and the rest of the party animals recently got a raise, bringing them to close to $30,000 per episode for the second season of the hit MTV series.

I'm sorry, but for someone who works in the fashion industry, you'd think Whitney Port would never step out of the house wearing something like this -- even to check the mail or grab an emergency supply of Tampax! On the bright side, at least she looks pretty minus the makeup...

We're sure these ones are for the family photo album and not Twitter, but they're definitely making a point to prove just how much they're into each other...

Brad Pitt was swarmed by fans and photographers as he took daughter Zahara to the Grove in West Hollywood yesterday, and we're guessing everyone wanted a shot of his beefy arms and clean shaven face! There were so many people surrounding his white SUV, Brad needed the help of a bodyguard and several security staffers to get his daughter into the car safely.

Brad took little miss Z to the American Girl store to celebrate Chris Cornell's daughter Toni's birthday, and she wasn't loving the attention, but hot daddy Brad was kind enough to flash us a smile on the way out:
