Actually, front runner Kyle Massey is the only one that had anything to say - Khloe Kardashian (who held hands with hubby Lamar Odom on their way into the restaurant and out) just showed off her curves and laughed when photogs asked whether she or Lamar had voted for The Hoff earlier in the evening.
Massey, on the other hand, lamented at David Hasselhoff's departure: "It's terrible!" he said, adding that The Hoff is "cool." Don't be too sad, Kyle, you did a brillz job the other night on DWTS!

Michael Lohan, Lindsay's dad, is questioning whether lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and Lou Taylor's goal was to get his daughter well ... or get her out of confinement.
As X17online first reported months ago, Lou Taylor of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment in Tennessee has been working with Lindsay Lohan since before her time in jail.
Lohan tells X17online exclusively:
"I have been saying all along that Lindsay needs long term rehab, her entire family around her to support her and god people around her who put her personal needs before their own. It has come to me attention that while Lindsay could have followed this path, Shawn Chapman Holly and Lou Taylor, leaked to the press, the fact that Lindsay was due to go to Morningstar Rehab so that the judge would redirect her to UCLA (where they wanted her to go so she would be let out early), rather than spending a longer period of time in Morningstar.
While I am happy Lindsay was detoxed off all the prescription drugs, she didn't get the therapy she needed. The only way Lindsay will beat all her her addictions and resolve her problems is if she has her entire family by her through rehabilitation and thereafter."

We already knew Leonardo DiCaprio was reportedly starring in Clint Eastwood's Hoover as J. Edgar Hoover himself, but we had no idea that Joaquin Phoenix was Clint's top choice to play Hoover's infamous lover Clyde Tolson!
Oscar-winning scribe Dustin Lance Black has written the screenplay for the film, and NY Mag raises an interesting point: Eastwood’s casting agent is scheduled to arrive in LA very shortly, and since Casey Affleck has recently revealed that Phoenix was not a drugged out mess for the past two years, he could very well get the part.
Sources familiar with the film note that the studio hasn't yet finalized a deal with DiCaprio, but Phoenix is "expected to receive the offer to play Tolson as soon as DiCaprio’s deal closes." Can't wait for this! Maybe Leo will finally get that Academy Award?
Attorneys Daniel Horowitz and Martin Garbus - representing Mel Gibson's ex Oksana Grigorieva - chatted with Meredith Vieira on the Today show this morning about the case. Horowitz says the following about Oksana:
“She’s a domestic violence victim, she was beaten, she was terrorized, and yet all the media seems to focus on is whether she extorted Mel Gibson, when in fact it’s just the opposite. This has never been about money, there’s no chance in my view of anything even close to extortion... This is what happens to domestic violence victims, they’re vilified, and we’re trying to set the record straight."
He and Garbus continue to insist that their client did not leak the infamous audio tape rants, adding that Oksana is a woman of "stature and accomplishment."
Is it possible that public opinion has swayed and people like Oksana less than Mel at this point?

George Clooney has been with lady love Elisabetta Canalis for over a year, and it looks like they're still going strong!
The hot and happy couple dined at Giacomo restaurant in Milan, and they were joined by Italian model Federica Fontana and her husband, businessman/real estate hotshot Felice Rusconi. Maybe George is looking to acquire a new property overseas? If nothing else, this was a ridiculously good looking double date group!

Since "mockumentary" director Casey Affleck already admitted that his Joaquin Phoenix film I'm Still Hereis a hoax, he's now moved on to other revealing tidbits about making the so-called doc...
Last night on Leno, Affleck said the following: "The movie comes out, the critics liked to say, 'This is crazy, this is disturbing, this is sick and we should be worried about him,’ but while it was happening, people were happy just to mock him."
He goes on to admit that no one ever talked to him, worried about Phoenix's erratic behavior. Kinda sad, huh? Even the none of it was real!
