Lindsay Lohan started her day by lunching with her hot BFF Eilat at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and after that she went shopping at Maxfield, but she wasn't done yet! After more spending on Robertson, the 24-year-old actress got a sweet creamy treat before heading home. Mmm mmm good!

Our photogs on the scene observed that Lilo was driving "super crazy" during her busy day, so hopefully she slows it down -- a hefty speeding ticket would be the cherry on top of her crummy year!

X17online got the first look at Sienna Miller on the set of her new Nick Cassavetes film, Yellow, shooting in Beverly Hills.

The film is about a woman in Hollywood with a serious drug addiction as well as a host of other problems.

Sienna's been largely out of sight recently, starring in a play on Broadway last winter and spending time with her reunited beau Jude Law!

Of course, in addition to appearing in the film, Sienna's also back in the papers -- She's joining fellow Brits Steve Coogan and Chris Tarrant in suing Rupert Murdoch's paper, News of the World. A recently filed lawsuit alleges that a private investigator working for the paper hacked into her cell phone!

I bet he saw some pretty saucy sexts!

She may be the Material Girl, but when she's hard at work, the Dolce & Gabbana spokesmodel looks more like a Jersey Shore boy, with her cap and sweat pants! And it looks like she's even got the Jersey attitude:



The film, about the love affair between an American divorcee and the British King has been shooting in France and the US with Abbie Cornish playing the divorcee. This will be Madonna's second feature film effort as a director. Think she can pull off a bigger film than Filth and Wisdom?

One of the most explosive revelations in this lawsuit filed just minutes ago is that Michael Jackson's concert promoters at AEG HIRED DR. CONRAD MURRAY AS MICHAEL'S PRIVATE PHYSICIAN!

The suit, filed by Jackson's mother Katherine, as guardian of the children, claims AEG took out a life insurance policy on Michael, naming the promoters as the beneficiary were the policy to be canceled.

Rehearsals were under way for the This Is It Tour in April 2009 -- by May, Jackson was missing rehearsals due to "a negative health condition related to prescription medications." AEG responded by requiring Jackson to "stop seeing and taking medications from his current doctor and to instead start seeing a doctor that AEG would provide."

Dr. Conrad Murray was then retained by AEG in May, for the fee of $150,000/month for 11 months, to be Michael's personal "concierge" physician. Murray's job was to get Michael to attend rehearsals and to perform. AEG agreed to pay for all of Jackson's medical equipment, supplies, personnel, and treatments.

In June 2009, after missing a rehearsal, AEG execs visited Jackson's home (that AEG was renting for him) and demanded Michael stop taking drugs given to the pop star by Dr. Arnold Klein because they "made him sleepy" and required him to take only medication prescribed and administered by Dr. Murray.

AEG threatened to "pull the plug" on his This Is It Tour and kick him out of the Beverly Hills home if he missed any further rehearsals. They allegedly threatened his career would "be over."

According to the suit:

"AEG knew or should have known that it was jeopardizing Jackson's health and safety by assuming control over the doctor-patient relatinoship between Jackson and Murray, and by directing and influencing Murray to act without regard to medical safety standards."

On June 25, 2009, after forcing himself to attend rehearsals under extreme medical duress, Jackson died after a fatal dose of Propofol administered by Dr. Murray.

The suit seeks economic damages, non-economic damages, exemplary/punitive damages and attorneys fees.

The Jackson family is not only blaming Dr. Conrad Murray for Michael's death, but concert promoters AEG, as well. X17online has learned exclusively that Katherine Jackson -- as guardian of her son's children Paris, Michael Jr, and Prince -- has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against AEG's top executives.

AEG President and CEO Tim Leiweke, Randy Phillips, Kenny Ortega and Paul Gongaware are named as defendants after an investigation into the concert promotion company began last year.

X17online has exclusively obtained the formal complaint that states:

"By the nature of their contractual, joint-venture, and special relationship, AEG had legal duties to Michael Jackson to treat him safely and to not put him in harms' way. But AEG, despite its knowledge of Michael Jackson's physical condition, breached those duties by putting its desire for massive profits from the Tour over the health and safety of Michael Jackson."

The papers go on to say:

"AEG's actions and inactions led to Michael Jackson's death on June 25, 2009 ... Due to AEG's actions and inactions, three loving children lost their father, a loving mother and father lost their son, the Jackson siblings lost their brother, and the world lost its most celebrated entertainer."

Javier Bardem covers the October issue of Esquire magazine, and Penelope Cruz's hubby looks sizzling in these shots, doesn't he?

The interview was done before it was announced that the Oscar-winning actor is expecting his first child with Cruz, so Bardem chats mostly about his craft and how initially he didn't want the role in No Country For Old Men. Of course, Penelope was present at one point during the chat, and the writer (rather astutely) notes, "His heart must stop a thousand times a day." And hers too -- Javier is hot hot hot!

Earlier this week, The Situation dished to Jay Leno about joining DWTS.

"I love a challenge. I love the people, I love the camera. But I'll be honest with you: It's pretty hard."

As for who he thinks will win, The Sitch adds, "I've seen some of the dancers practicing, and if I have to say somebody, I have to say the Hoff."

Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris took over the Louvre today in Paris when, surrounded by about 50 photographers and as many security guards, the pair made a quick stop at the world's most famous museum to see the Mona Lisa.

An X17 photographer who was there tells us: "The scene was wild; I've never seen anything like it. Photographers were storming the museum and security guards were going crazy. In Paris we don't usually see things like this with celebrities causing such chaos."

After her brief visit, Kim told X17 the museum was "fabulous" and that the Mona Lisa was her favorite work of art at the Louvre. We think Kim's as wonderful a piece of art as Ms. Lisa -- who'd you vote for? Kim or Mona?
