My how the tables have turned!

Rob Kardashian has filed an assault and battery lawsuit against Blac Chyna, claiming that she tried to choke him with a phone cord while high on drugs and alcohol before trashing his sister Kylie Jenner's home, which they were living in at the time, The Blast reports. Yikes!

Kardashian claims on the night of December 14, 2016, he was on FaceTime with two friends when his baby mama picked up his gun and pointed it at the camera. She then proceeded to try and strangle him with an iPhone charger, and although he got away, she chased after him and repeatedly kicked and punched him. He claims to have photographic evidence of the injuries.

As if that wasn't enough, she flew into a blind rage and decided to trash the house, damaging a television, breaking down a door, damaging the walls, destroying cell phones and smashing a gingerbread house that was made for the holidays in the process.

Big mistake, as Kylie is now suing too, claiming that she caused an excess of $100K in damages. The LipKit queen also says that BC taunted her by telling her to get an STD test because she was dating Tyga at the time.

The suit describes the mother-of-two as "a stripper who created a reputation as a money-hungry pseudo-celebrity" and "has little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry." Ouch! So why didn't he go public with this info sooner? Kardashian says it's because he was still in love with her, and didn't want to make a huge scene that would end up in the media. He also didn't want the mother of his child carted off to jail in handcuffs.

Chyna is threatening her own lawsuit over the revenge porn incident this summer, as well as for lost Rob & Chyna wages. She claims that she's owed millions from the family because they cost her the show, which reportedly paid her $112K-an-episode.

They're almost there!

Kim and Kanye have people working around the clock to finish their $20 million Calabasas dream home before their surrogate gives birth to their third child in January, and based on these photos we took today, they're close! The couple bought the place in 2014, but have spent years and millions having it completely redone.

To speed up the process, it appears they've scraped plans for a massive private pond in the backyard, and replaced it with a sport's court instead. Landscaping has gone in, and the main residence looks to be complete. The only thing they need is a couple window installations, and poof... Chez West is livable!

During renovations, they added a 2-story playroom for Nori and Saint, as well as a hair salon for Kimmy and a recording studio for Yeezy. There's also a gym, basketball court, spa, and movie theater.

Before they tore it to pieces, the gated 15,667-square-foot home had 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and sat on three acres with vineyards. Perks included steam showers, a sauna, a gourmet kitchen with three islands, a game room, a wet bar, a library and a guest house with a fireplace. Outside there were two pools and hot tubs, a 1,050-square-foot "entertaining pavilion" with a fireplace, three fountains, and a garden. Who knows what remains!

Kim Kardashian trashes Caitlyn Jenner in a newly released sneak peek of Sunday’s season 14 KUWTK premiere, and it's all over claims the Olympian made about Kim's dad Robert Kardashian Sr. in her memoir Secrets of my Life.

Kanye's wifey and Kourtney go to Cleveland to visit Khloe, and get a news alert about the I Am Cait star's comments.

"It says in Caitlyn’s book Robert Kardashian knew O.J. Simpson was guilty, but joined the defense team to get back at his re-married ex. Robert told Caitlyn in secret after the O.J. murder trial that he believed his friend was guilty," Kim says as she reads the report.

"Dad so believed in him. Kourtney Kardashian and boy toy Younes Bendjma went shopping together in Paris today, and the two seem to be enjoying spending some alone time without her famous family at fashion week. The mother-of-three must be glad to be overseas at this time, considering Scott Disick is running around Calabasas with new girlfriend Sofia Richie, and all of her sisters' pregnancies are creating a media frenzy!

The 38-year-old and her male model beau met this time last year at a nightclub in the city, just hours before Kim's robbery at gunpoint. Kourt made sure to bring security detail with her on this vacay, but she didn't let safety concerns torpedo her trip. Someone that did? Kimmy K!

"Kim isn't going because she does still have a lot of anxiety about Paris and it's just too soon. She wants to be home with her kids and doesn't want to relive the past and the bad memories. She is still healing. She might return some day but right now isn't the right time," a source told E! News of her decision to skip fashion week.

The Carter's are livin' large!

Beyonce and Jay-Z purchased this $88 million Bel Air mansion in late August after years of house hunting for a permanent residence in LA, and to say it's super swanky would be an understatement. The sale was actually the biggest real estate transaction in LA county this year!

Their original offer was reportedly $90 million, so they got a little bit of a deal. What's more, the rapper allegedly took out a $52.8 million mortgage on the place! The pair have a combined net worth of $1.16 billion, so we have a feeling they're not sweating it.

The estate, which sits on 2 acres of land, is stretched between six separate structures and boasts 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There is also a media room, a recording studio, four pools, bulletproof windows, a 15 car garage, a sauna, steam room, and staff quarters.

It was designed by famed architect Paul McClean, and apparently it's perfection. "The house is beyond words. No expense was spared in design or execution,” a source dished to Page Six.

Hip hop's king and queen have been paying $400K-a-month on a Malibu rental ever since they welcomed twins Rumi and Sir this past June, and they also just swooped up a $26 million waterfront home in the Hamptons.

Real Housewives of OC star Kelly Dodd has decided to divorce husband Michael after 11 years of rocky marriage, she told the DailyMail in a new interview.

"Our marriage is over, I'm out of there! We've had problems for years and I've had enough. I'm done with our marriage. It's just a case where two people can't get along. It's best if we went our separate ways and concentrate on our daughter," she explained.

"We aren't good together. Maybe we'll be better to each other when we are divorced and are friends. But right now we are both miserable and it's not good for either one of us, let alone our daughter. Over the past several years we've had our ups and downs, and lately it's been mostly downs," she continued.

The reality star previously filed for divorce in 2012 before they reconciled for the sake of their daughter Jolie, 11. This time around, she means business and wants their union dissolved ASAP.

"I filed for divorce against Michael in 2012 and we never had any resolution. The case was just sitting there. So I'm going to ask my attorney to file a motion so I can get a bifurcated divorce. I want out of my marriage as soon as possible. We can figure out the financials of our divorce down the road," she added.

Just last week, Radar reported that the cops were called to their house to "keep the peace" six times within a three day period in July.

They clearly couldn't stand each other, so this is for the best.

Sounds like the perfect situation to bring a kid into!

Kylie Jenner got the shock of a lifetime when she found out she was pregnant with boyfriend Travis Scott's baby two months into their relationship, and she turned to mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim to decide how to handle it.

"It definitely wasn’t planned. [Kylie] had to decide if she was prepared, with or without his involvement," a source dished to Us Weekly. Luckily, the rapper is "thrilled to become a dad" and "the family loves him." Phew!

Ultimately, the 20-year-old decided to go through with the pregnancy because she has an "incredible support system" and "she lives a block from all of her family," the mag noted.

We don't know why she thinks bringing a human being into the world is less of a commitment than marriage, but the LipKit queen is not ready to tie the knot with her beau just yet.

According to TMZ, the couple feel like they haven't know each other for long enough yet, so they're not even discussing a possible engagement. "They're still trying to figure out their relationship," a source told the outlet. That's code for saying the iron clad prenup isn't ready!

No biggie, as Kourtney, Kim, and Rob all had children out of wedlock!

Britney Spears took to Instagram to show off her chiseled abs in a white bikini yesterday, and it got us thinking about how she's been able to maintain such a hot physique over the years. Besides that period of Frappuchinos and Cheetos, she's been pretty disciplined with her diet and exercise routine, and it's paid off!

In other Brit Brit news, a creepy ten year old interview of Donald Trump on Howard Stern has surfaced, and he talked all about how he "loved" that the pop princess was a "virgin," and how he even ditched his germaphobia to grab a sweaty hat of hers at one of her concerts. Gross! The POTUS recalled how the singer "was saying she was a virgin…and she was so cute," before launching into his pervy anecdote.

"She was sweating and looked beautiful and she threw her hat, right? Now normally if a performer throws a hat and it’s sweaty and wet and everything, I’d have no interest in it. But I grabbed that sucker," he shared about being an audience member at her performance at his Atlantic City casino.

"She was so cute and wholesome and nice, I wasn’t even afraid of those germs. Today if she threw it I’d say, ‘Get that sucker out of here!’” he added.
